Picture windows throughout the house add to the sense of expansiveness. n nThe spacious deck is an ideal spot from which to watch lobstermen work their trade and other boats heading up Penbscot Bay or turning into Tenants Harbor. The lower deck at the edge of the lawn offers a closer connection to the water and rocky coastline. In addition, there is a path and steps leading down to a rock beach in front of the house. n nIncluded in the rental, there is a clay court for tennis players and, for those who like to swim or spend time watching harbor activity, there is a dock.
