Description:The house is on two floors, it is modern, comfortable and quiet. Upstairs there is the TV, bathroom,and double bed. Downstairs there is the small kitchen, couch and table but inernet is everywhere. I am in the center and if you need the bike, it is here. ...but remember to close it ! :) The main activities can be reached on foot, but if you get the car you will see some unique things like the Marmore waterfall, Piediluco lake, the beautiful medieval villages of Valnerina or San Gemini, Amelia, Narni and Spoleto. If you want to go with just over half an hour you'll also be in Todi, Orvieto, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi. Rome is always there, for 1 hour and 15 but I advise you to enjoy the citys Slow in the region, I'm sure you will not regret! All the way to Spoleto, Todi, Perugia, Assisi and all other places in Umbria you can find beautiful medieval places, arts, histories, typical foods, wines, cheeses, flowers, beautiful plants . trees and hills. The private pool is a uniform depth of 1.2 metres and is 10 metres by 5 metres in scale. The shaded terrace has a wrought iron fence and gate securing access to the pool from small children. It can be accessed directly from the salone and two of the bedrooms. Inside, the house has a large, comfortable salone or living room with an open fire for winter visits. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has a dining table which extends to seat eight people. Sky television is provided and a DVD player. Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The third is adjacent to the family bathroom. The top bedroom has airconditioning as does the salone. The house was extended from an original property dating back several hundred years.
