Description:A farm house, situated on a hillock of the Maremma in the Latium, in surrounding there is a beautiful garden with swimming pool, and over the garden there are only the corn fields, lambs and at last the sea. The “Podere Giuliano” can offer it as well as a absolute quiet. The apartment takes up the entire first floor of home, the living room is spacious and bright and continues with the kitchen, besides there are two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. The entrance is independent, from external old stair of “piperino” marble. The garden offer the chance to eat outdoors, to sunbathe on the deckchair, or swim in the swimming pool. The excursions are a lot and varied: one day at the sea of Argentario, a trip of the Etruscan necropolis of Tuscanica, Tarquinia, Cerveteri, or one day at the Saturnia or Viterbo thermal, the tour of Bolsena lake with break at the different villages that surround it, and it doesn't need to forget the walk in the archaeological park of Vulci. And when we have been tired by the country, it's sufficient to go to the station of Montalto di Castro, to catch a train and after one hour and half, you are in Colosseum to begin the Roman walk.... more info >>

Description:Affitto un bell'appartamento nel borgo medioevale, in un contesto veramente bello e di sicuro rilievo. Un oasi di benessere e di assoluto relax. L'appartamento è composto da due ampie camere da letto entrambe con un grosso e comodo letto matrimoniale e ampi guardaroba, un ampio salone con ampi divani e un bellissimo camino ed un annesso angolo cottura molto attrezzato e dotato di ogni confort per cucinare in assoluto confort e un bagno bello e ben arredato. Possibilità di accesso al giardino. L'appartamento è arredato con molta cura da me personalmente, in ogni suo piccolo particolare. Si trova a 20 minuti dal mare, 10 min dalle terme dei Papi, 10 min dal lago di Bolsena. Punto di riferimento per le passeggiate archeologiche alla scoperta degli antici siti etruschi. Sicuramente una posizione molto comoda e centrale e che permettere di raggiungere le principali mete in poco tempo. Description:delizioso appartamento nel centro storico di Tuscania. Tuscania è un villaggio che nel passato era la residenza estiva dei papi ed è per questo motivo che ci sono innumerovoli chiese medioevali. Tuscania ha un meraviglioso museo e numerevoli scavi e tombe estrusche, perchè proprio in questa zona hanno vissuto gli etruschi. Tuscania è una terra ricca di prodotti sia alimentari, come l'olio canino, il vino, i carciofi ecc. che naturali per creme profumi e altri generi. La pietra di Tuscania è anche molto richiesta per le costruzioni. Tuscania ha un teatro e un cinema ed è fornita di internet cafe ovunque. Tuscania ha una accademia della cucina di livello molto alto. Da questa accademia sono usciti molti cuochi di fama mondiale. L'accademia della cucina è anche un albergo e il luogo dove è situato è un vecchio convento. Tuscania ha una gastronomia di alta qualità. Ci sono molti ristoranti e anche pizzerie.
