Description:Family house wih two guestrooms. Our house, built in 1860, is beautifully located at the riverside, in a village near Utrecht and only twenty minutes from Amsterdam. The rooms are charmingly decorated and have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. Both rooms have a direct view on the river Vecht. Breakfast will be served in our dining room, at the veranda in summertime or in your guestroom. Friendly hospitality and personal attention is garanteed. Boatrental in summer, a fine restaurant, ancient castles and Utrecht with its unique canals are close by. Our house is open for guests Monday Friday. The Grand Room has everything just a little bit larger and more luxurious than the Small Room. Description:Nice appartment in the city centre of Amersfoort. Amersfoort is near Utrecht (15 minutes by train) and Amsterdam (20 minutes by train). The centre of Amersfoort is really old and charming. Full of nice restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment has a bathroom with sink and bath/shower and a separate toilet. There's also a kitchen available (private use). There's a double bed and possibility to for two extra single beds (15,00 euro per/night/per person extra). There's free wifi available and television. The apartment has is own entrance and is absolutly private. You have the nicest few over the city. Great place to stay also for a week or a month, because of the privacy and all the facilities. Breakfast is available but not included. It's situated on the 3th floor, there's no elevator available, so this apartment studio is not suitable for people who not can walk stairs.... more info >>

Description:This is a bed & breakfast in the middle of the city centre of Amersfoort. Amersfoort is near Hilversum (10 minutes by train), Utrecht (15 minutes by train) and Amsterdam (20 minutes by train). The city is very old and has fantastisc musea, restaurants and lots of shops. We have four separate bedrooms, each to rent apart, or all together (for a group for example). They have all the same facilities. Own bathroom (with toilet, shower and sink), television, free wifi, couch and double bed. This bed & breakfast is not suitable for people who are not good on there feet, because we have small stairs to the double bed. In the weekends there can be noise of people on the streets. In the hallway there is a little kitchen, where you can cook a small meal and make coffee and tea. In the summer you can sit outside on the terrace. Downstairs there is a day cafe, where you can get a drink, breakfast or lunch. It's open from Wednesday till Sunday from 10 am till 6 pm. Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be offered. Prices are per room based on two people. It's possible to rent all the rooms for a price of € 295,00 per night, based on 8 people, without breakfast. If you rent all the rooms, there will be a cleaning fee of € 60,00. In one room it's possible to sleep with 4 people, and in one other room it's possible to sleep with 3 people. For extra people per room, we have a rate of € 15,00 per person, per night. In total it's possible to stay at our bed & breakfast with 11 people.... more info >>

Outside you find the Oudegracht canal, with boats, canoes and swans passing by. The roof terrace upstairs provides sun around the clock. Description:Since i like to travel a lot myself i have my big appartment for rent sometimes. I am very flexible with dates. My appartment is very big and perfectly located, in the historical city centre, at the canal. All the main attraction in Utrecht (Dom tower, musea, Museumkwarier neighourhood, cinemas, restaurants, bars) are on walking distance and the the train to Amsterdam is only 30 minutes. The central train station is also on walking distance, but if you want to take the bus, the bus stop is just few steps away. The appartment is not luxerous in the design but it is defenitely nice and has all the things you need. The appartment is on the ground floor and has a big living room/ kitchen en another very big living room/office. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need: gas stove with elekctric oven, fridge with freezer, water cooker, coffee maker, more than enough pans, plates, glasses et cetera. The appartment has one big bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed. The appartment is very comfortable with 3 persons, but there is a possibility for 2 extra people on the double sofa/bed in the office. And i have an extra matrass to put on the floor. So when you need it, there is space for 6 people. The bathroom is upstairs and has a sink, a shower in a bath and a washing machine. There is a seperate toilet downstairs. The whole appartment is about 120 square meters! If you are with a bigger group and bring your own matrasses, you can stay as well! Once there we were with 21 people sleeping here and it was no problem. There is kitchen equipment like plates and forks, knives for 25 people. There is a little garden with a table and chairs with sunshine in the morning (perfect for breakfast), and there is a possibility to sit at the terrace at the canal to enjoy the sun in afternoon. The nice extra is that I have two kayaks and a little boat, which you can use for free. Wifi for internet is available and included in the price.
