The upper part of the complex is particularly beautiful with its swimming pool and sunbathing terrace that provides breath taking views of the bay of Naples. Ideal place for couples or families who want to relax, dine in the open air admiring all the colours that nature can possibly create or even dream under the stars. The apartment is located in Massa Lubrense which is one of the last towns on the Sorrento Peninsula (carrying on one arrives at Termini which is, along with Punta Campanella the stretch of land that separates the bay of Naples from the bay of Salerno.) In only 10 minutes or less, using public transport or any vehicle, one can get to characteristic and prestigious locations such as Nerano, Sorrento or Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi , so called on the two bays. A pat way leads down to the fishing harbour called Marina della Lobra (600 meters) where after a boat trip, snorkelling or just simply soaking in the pure waters lovely typical restaurants and bars await the ones who want to recharge themselves. TYPOLGY Starting from the centre of Massa Lubrense heading in direction of Santa Maria Annunziata, in less than 5 minutes you will get to the property where entering the private passage of the park you will find the villa Vervece. After leaving your car behind (in a parking lot on the street) and going up on the stairs among blooming olive trees and ornamental plants you will get to the spacious yard that separates the external private area (furnished with tables and chairs) from the apartment Vervece B. Here you can find everything you might be needing: barbecue, wood oven for baking pizzas, gas cooker and a dish washer too all hand made work of local artisans, using the zone's typical stones. Only 3 steps down from the yard and you will find yourselves at the entrance of the welcoming living room that, thanks to its glass walls gives views to the small terrace and to amazing landscapes as well. From here going through the fully equipped kitchen, you can get to the bathroom with shower. Following the corridor, you will find the other bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: a double bed and 2 king size ones, of which one also features a small (3 square meters) panoramic terrace. The double and one king size bedroom also provide panoramic views. The laundry room you can find on your left when exiting the house. To get to the swimming pool and the terrace that has covered and uncovered parts too for sunbathing, and is in common use with the habitants of the apartment Vervece A, you will need to take a stairs of about 15 steps. Description:On the via Flacca, on the marvellous coast just 1,5 km out of Gaeta on the way to Sperlonga, in a private quiet path without exit, this villa lays on one of two steep promontory in the sea with a small sandy inlet accessible only by the sea, swimming or canoeing from the villa. The villa has a superb view on the sea, up to the Pontine islands and the Circeo in the windy clean days. The villa Le Bambole consists of two apartments: A)ground floor and B)first floor. Both share the private path/staircase on the rocks slope to the sea, through 140 steps. On the sea level there are some solariums with shower and a shelter to hide the beach umbrella and the canoe. A boat bridge connects a reef from which to dive in a blue umpolluted sea. The Grotta Delle Bambole at side is a very beautiful and impressive grotto. A) The apartment on the groundfloor Has a surface of 150 sqm abt and can host up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms. The very large livingroom has dining area and sitting area with fireplace and TVset, a kitchen has table and chairs, 3 double bedrooms, one of which with a third bed, a bunk bedroom and a twin bedroomwith under one of the two beds there is a third bed. A bathroom has bath and shower while the other two with shower. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.
