Description:This is a great opportunity to spend time in a beautiful villa in a genuine Spanish neighbourhood with an expansive garden with fruit trees perfect for kids, sunning and relaxing. The house is only seven minutes walk to the beach. There are a number of local restaurants as well as a promenade which takes you to Torre del Mar in about 20 minutes. Caleta de Velez, ten minutes walk, has a street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and delicious churros at Manolo's. Malaga is an hour drive away and the beautiful town of Nerja only half an hour, making this a great launch pad. The house is divided in two parts, connected by a sunlit patio and covered hall. The first part has a living room, dining room, bathroom with bath, kitchen and double bedroom. The second part has two bedrooms, one double and one triple as well as a bathroom. Both bathrooms have showers. All bedrooms have spacious built-in closets. In addition there is a built-in barbecue with a table and seating area and a wrap-around patio with more seating and tables. The rooftop veranda is a great spot for an evening drink. There is wifi, television (with English channels), DVD player, security alarm system and washing machine. The kitchen has been recently redone (2010) and is fully equipped. There is also a spot for parking. The long beach is dotted with chiringuitos serving up fresh fish. There is a golf course nearby, a new mall with a large supermarket just ten minutes drive away, and other supermarkets in Caleta and Torre del Mar. The area is friendly and laid back, while there are some tourists, it retains a very authentic feel. The property is tended to by a very friendly gardener who will also handle keys.
