Harbor Seals regularly swim by out on the water in view, as do lobster boats and other pleasure craft. A den with large flat screen TV, kitchen with more incredible views of the water, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms complete the 1st floor. nThe lower level of the house has a queen bedroom and another bathroom. nOutside, kayaking and swimming from the dock is sure to be fun.
