Description:We look forward to welcoming you in our Zaralux apartment. Spend your holiday in one of the best equipped apartments in Zadar, with the rooftop terrace, Jacuzzi and spectacular views of the city, sea and sunset. Accommodation: Zaralux is luxuriously furnished apartment with large roof terrace and Jacuzzi. It is situated in an ideal location, in the centre of Zadar, just a few minutes walk from the historical city centre, marina and public beaches. General: Zaralux apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) in a nice block with a large parking area, playground and landscaped areas. Zaralux apartment is 55 m2 and consists of entrance area, open space that make up the kitchen, dining room and living room, two bedrooms, one with walk-in closet, one bathroom, a balcony and roof terrace of 60m2. Lift is available. Equipment: Kitchen includes a sink, dishwasher, ceramic gas cooker, oven, hood, fridge and sufficient elements for storing food and dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. Dining area has an extended glass table and four chairs. The living space is furnished with leather sofa and a stool, a glass club table, LCD TV (32'') with a digital receiver and mini HI-FI with DVD. In the hall there is a large mirror with a luggage stool. The master bedroom has a double bed with a motorized bed base which can raise the head and foot, and the quality Dunlopilo mattresses. The room has walk-in closet with plenty of space for clothes and belongings. The specificity of the room is a view of the old town and sea that stretches from the bed. The smaller bedroom also has a double bed with adjustable bed base (not motorized), and Dunlopilo mattresses. It has a self-standing clothes hanger, and a large glass wall opening onto a loggia. On the balcony, there is a large armchair made of woven sea grass. Bathroom has a massage shower, bathroom furniture with a mirror, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is air conditioned and can be used in winter because it has gas central heating.Linens, towels, hair dryer and iron are on disposal. Two adults with one or two small children is the ideal number of people to accommodate in the apartment. Four adults could feel a certain lack of space given to only one toilet/ bathroom (although there is an extra shower on the terrace). Terrace: The specificity of the apartment is its own roof terrace of 60 m2 which, since the apartment is located on the top floor, extends over the entire apartment. Access to the terrace is with a stairway of the building, which is possible only to users of Zaralux apartment. The terrace is completely covered with teak. Surrounding Features: Within the block of flats, there are several cafes, grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser, beauty salon and other facilities. Near the building there are several large supermarkets such as Lidl and Kaufland. Emergency is just 200m away. Nearby is a sports complex with swimming pools, a modern sports hall, jogging trails, and a variety of outdoor sports fields. Great marina is located approximately 400 meters from the apartment. The apartment is away from the historical city of Zadar only a few minutes walk down the alley. On the peninsula, historical part of town, there are many historical sites, cultural and entertainment attractions and cafes, restaurants, fashion and other stores. The nearest beaches are the town beaches in Zadar, which is to be reached on foot, but for the real enjoyment of the sea, we recommend beaches in the immediate vicinity of the city which are reached by car (own or rented), by bus or by bike.
