In the north part of Dalmatian county, 20 kilometres far from historical city of ZADAR, a little place called PRIVLAKA is situated. If you are trying to find a little, silent and relaxing place with undisturbed nature without the urban rushes and traffic, PRIVLAKA is just your choice. Althouth the house is alone and very close to the sea, you will be nicely suprised when in the early morn and evening hear nice song of exotic bird's ( pheasants-beautiful gold colours, partridges, blackbirds, woodpeckers etc.), whitch you can see only in the several reservation. Our appartments are situated in the little part of PRIVLAKA called Mletak, 100 metres far from sea which is absolutely clean. There are choices like intimate rocky beach, where no one will disturb you, sand beach called Plisa, and a little bay on it's own. In the centre of Privlaka there are many little caffes and intimate restorants which are offering you lots of different sea-food specialites. For night going out there are lots of different clubs and parties. Small market for food and everyday necessities are very close. Less than 2 kilometres from village of Mletak in Privlaka there is intresting historical town called NIN. We are sure that you will enjoy in pure crystal sea and on the warm sun as well as you will be fascinating by our little village Mletak so you will visit us gladly next year again.... more info >>

House is positioned on top of a small peninsula with amazing south side view of neighboring islands Cres and Krk as well as Rab's Kalifront peninsula. Vine covered terrace, vineyard in front and a grass lawn around the house give enough space for anyone's taste. 5 minutes walking distance from the house is a large sandy beach and bay Velimel at your disposal. Only 500 m away from the house you'll find a number of seaside restaurants offering authentic local menus. In the vicinity you will also find some other beaches. First to the right from Velimel as you walk along the shore is the „Fuza“ beach, visited by naturists. You might find a desert-like back side of this beach very interesting. Opposite of this beach is a small unpopulated island „Maman“ favored by scuba divers for its underwater cultures. Description:Probably the most elegant home in the fisherman village Kali on the island of Ugljan, just 20 m from the pebble beach, seafront and small port. Fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, microwave and classic oven, coffee machine, etc.), washing machine (no dryer), cable TV, air conditioning in the kitchen and the living room, parquet floor from cherry wood and a big terrace with panoramic sea view (most impressive early in the morning) all come included together with towel and linen change twice weekly. Two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds complemented with two bathrooms comfortably accomodates six. If needed one additional person may use the couch. Smoking allowed only on the terrace. Mooring for a boat can be provided in the small port beside the house. Parking for two cars in the garage. Guests use the whole top floor with separate entrance while the host lives on the ground floor. Waterpolo goal and basketball court in front of the house. Host speeks english and understands italian well. Description:This holiday house is located in a slightly elevated area of Banjol, with a view to Barbat Channel, about 600 m from the sea. Rab itself has many beaches varying from the famous sandy beach Lopar suitable for children to other pebbled and rock beaches, suiting every personal preference. A shop can be found within 600m and restaurant within 300 m. Free private parking is available. A boat mooring can be obtained in the marina, but is not included in the price. Both apartments have sat TV and telephone. Garden barbecue is available. Apartment No.1 for 6-7 persons is located on the 1st floor and contains two double-bed rooms, one triple-bed room, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge room with supplementary sleeping space, and large terrace with a view to the sea.
