All with modern furniture. The apartments can be rented separately or can be made into adjoining apartments for larger groups (up to 12 people).The apartments are well equipped with: oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, satellite TV, air-conditioning, heating and 5 parking spaces.There is double room on the ground floor with a separate entrance for the guests. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with ensuite and terrace. On the second floor, there is another double bedroom with ensuite and balcony. On the third floor, there is one double bedroom with ensuite and a panoramic terrace. You can add extra beds in all the 3 rooms. The four double ensuite rooms are welcoming, stylish and have seaviews for their private balconies. They are fresh, clean and well designed, with a table and chairs. There is air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms so you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs.There is a lovely panoramic views of the sea from the rooms above of the surrounding area.The owner, however, lives on the ground floor. The below ground and the other 3 floors would be exclusively for you.The large apartment, Casa Michelle, on the below ground floor is newly refurbished. It has 2 double ensuite bethrooms, a double sofa bed in the wide lounge with an open plan, fully equipped kitchenette. 3 extra beds can be added in each room to accommodate up to 9 people. There is also private patio.The smaller apartment, Casa Federica, on the below ground floor can accommodate up to 5 people. Riad Kasbah Oliver is in Warwickht one of the 4 villages and offers stunning views of this part of the Valley and surrounding mountains from 3 different aspects. Completed in April 2011 it combines 3 typical Moroccan building styles, externally a Kasbah with 4 towers, internally a Riad (All rooms leading off central courtyard and walkway) and a Berber House (Stone and earth construction with minimum use of cement, room widths dictated by the roof beams). This is an ideal base for walking and trekking. Lake Tamda is just 4.5 hour walk away where you can camp overnight or return the following day. Our clean, safe home is nestled conveniently between the Red line train (which operates 24/7) and Brown line Addison EL city train stops. The Paulina brown line station is just a few short blocks along with the Southport and Addison brown line stations within 10 minutes walking distance. The 9 (North and South) and the 152 (East and West) bus stops are at each end of our block. About the sites: The speedy train will have you to the steps of all area sites within minutes, such as Michigan Avenue known as Magnificent Mile for the shoppers, The Arts Institute for the largest Monet collection in the world, Museum Campus for those who wish to explore the Shedd Aquarium, Field and Science and Adler Planetarium. Or if your wish is to wander Navy Pier for the 15 story Ferris Wheel and Shakespeare Theater or take in the beauty of Lake Shore Drive and the miles of lakefront bike paths, this is it. Visit other conveniently located neighborhoods. Check out Old Town for a visit to the famous Second City and Wells Street, or further East to Gold Coast for more great restaurants and nightlife and further West for trendy Bucktown and Wicker Park for shopping or food tours. The not to be missed tours by boat, bus or foot sponsored by the Chicago Architectural Foundation for structural and history buffs alike, Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower) for the 360 degree views on the Sky Deck and the John Hancock Building observatory for the adventurers. This home has 4 levels, the Penthouse level and the main level (A) which are one apartment, the middle level (B) which is its own apartment and the garden level (C) also its own apartment.The Penthouse level, accessed by 3 flights stairs, offers two enormous rooms.On the East side of the home, is the Master Suite with Master Bath. It offers a King Size Sleep Number bed, steam shower and private entrance from the Sky Deck. You can see why it is our primary occupancy and why we rent it only on occasion :)On the West side of the Penthouse level is an enormous room without shared walls for maximum privacy. This also offers an equally grand full size bathroom located just outside the bedroom door creating an environment that is nearly a Master Suite in its own right. This room can provide accommodations in a mix of real beds and air mattresses.The Main level (A)-The front door staircase leads to a sizable living room that seats 8 with our brand new leather Lazy boy reclining sofa, leather chair and ottoman and new 46 flat screen tv w/cable.Conveniently located on this level is also a spacious full size bathroom with stand- up walk in shower. The enormous eat in kitchen seats 4 to 5 persons at the counter and another 6 to 8 at the dining table. There is a deck off of the kitchen that can seat another 4 to 5 persons.Sleeping accommodations on the main level consist of a large room with a mix of either real beds or air mattresses and a flat screen cable tv. There is also a semi private alcove off of the living room blocked off by privacy screens.Both the Main and Penthouse levels have had the most up to date conveniences to include a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and central heat and air conditioning.Apartment B-This apartment, accessed by only one flight of stairs, has the perfect arrangement for groups wishing to have a more private stay. For example, we welcome families with well-behaved children and mature, respectful adults and students.The amenities include a large living room with brand new flat screen tv, sectional sofa, an enormous eat in kitchen with a modern bar height table and island kitchen counter with bar stool seating. There is a deck just off of the kitchen to have your morning coffee. A/C window units keep the space cool and comfortable in the summer and central heat keeps it cozy in the winter.There is one enormous bedroom which has a unique and comfy loft style bed (grown up bunk bed) and a 2nd cozy bedroom. A combination of real beds and air mattresses are available to sleep your group comfortably. If needed, the living room can accommodate comfy, raised air mattresses as well. Three enormous closets easily offer plenty of storage space for luggage for large groups.Need more room/s? Description:This is a renovated historical Greek house in Harbiye, a safe and calm neighborhood near Taksim square. The house has three apartments on three different floors, each having separate kitchen and bathroom. And all the apartments have all kind of amenities you may need, including refrigerator, coffee maker, stove, oven, kettle (but not dishing machine), jacuzzi, TV, satellite receiver and wireless Internet, of course. You'll also have access to the combi heater, washing machine, drying machine, iron and hair dryer, commonly used by three apartments. Together with its cultural and historical properties, the best thing about the house is its beautiful garden with huge trees, something so rarely found in Istanbul. Though only the apartment on the ground floor has access to the garden, you'll be able to enjoy it, no matter which apartment you are gonna stay if you rent the whole house. I am sure you'll love to feel the breeze together with your family or friends during your breaks in sightseeing. And the branches and leaves of our beautiful date palm tree in the garden touch the windows of the bedrooms of the first and second floor apartments, creating a sweet smell, something I'm sure you'll love waking up in the mornings. You can easily reach out and take for breakfast those sweet fruits coming from the heaven. The apartment on the ground has three rooms (one detached) and all of them can be used for sleeping purposes. You'll have a double bed and a sofa (where a person can comfortably sleep on) in the main room, and two other sofas in two different rooms, where two persons can sleep on each. So, the apartment is quite comfortable for seven persons. The apartment on the first floor has two big rooms and each can be used for sleeping purposes. You'll have a double bed and a sofa (where two persons can comfortably sleep on) in the bedroom and another sofa in the living room, also where two persons can sleep. So, the apartment is quite comfortable for six persons, which is the same with the apartment on the second floor. Hence, the house has the capacity for 19 persons, but I can get extra beds if you need so. But please note that if your group is 12 or less, it is cheaper, and therefore wiser to rent two apartments, instead of the whole building. If so, please take a look at the listings of the separate apartments in my dashboard. The building is located in a calm and safe neighborhood near Taksim square. Hilton Hotel is only 3-4, and Taxim square is within only 10-15 minute walking distance, which (as you should know if you are planning to come to Istanbul) is the artistic and cultural centre of the city with its cafes, restaurants, bars, winehouses, night clubs, theatres and movie theatres. And you can get to Sultanahmet, the historical town of Istanbul within 10-15 minutes if you take a taxi, which is the same with Bosphorus. Please tell me if you need a transfer to and from the airport. I can organize one for you at a very reasonable price. If you would like to spend your holiday together with your loved ones, yet protect your privacy, our house reflecting the culture and history of Istanbul itself will be ideal for you.
