Each chalet has three bedrooms, one en suite and two sharing a bathroom. A further two beds are in the living room and use a separate visitor 's bathroom, giving the chalet a capability of sleeping up to eight people comfortably. All beds have mosquito nets and all rooms have fans. Wide doors open onto an ample verandah with table and chairs to watch the dhows sailing by on cool evening breezes. Description:This one-bedroom park model is located at the edge of the park on a larger lot than the norm, and within close proximity to the pool and other central amenities. For more information about the home itself, visit www.robinrental.com. n nThis is a private rental, so the owner 's amenities are in the unit, offering like-minded guests a cozy sense of home-away-from-home. The kitchen is fully stocked with bake and cookware (including items for entertaining), as well as spices and many basic cooking necessities. n nAmenities include a lanai (the full 35 ' length of the home), two televisions (one with a DVD player), sleep sofa with new memory foam mattress in the living room, queen size bed in the bedroom, hooks for bathing suits and pool towels, cleaning supplies, nice linens, two lanai lounge chairs, propane BBQ grill, cable TV, and pretty much everything thing else you might want except for clothes and food (and even then, you may find a frozen pizza in the freezer). n nMinimum rent is by the week because the cost to rent for shorter periods is prohibitive (the cleaning company gets a big chunk). We are not currently offering lower rates for longer rent periods (for private rentals like ours, our rates are competitive). n nPayment is due in full via PayPal or certificated check, which must clear our bank prior to your arrival. With Pottery Barn like decor, and an enviable spot, this is a great place to spend time taking advantage of the park 's many activities, get to know people from all over the world, take advantage of Sarasota 's artsy culture and many restaurants, or curl up with a good book or movie (there 's a large library and outdoor market within walking distance of the park). n nWhile being a guest at Sun-N-Fun, you are responsible for abiding by the rules and regulations of the Resort. Any non-compliance to these rules may result in eviction from the Resort by park management, and we have no authority to override the park 's decisions in these instances. n nWe 're relatively new owners who have spent the last couple of years upgrading the unit to make it the kind of home we enjoy.
