Layout You walk in the front door and straight ahead is the large living room with lots of comfy couches, table seating for 6 and a TV with DirecTV, DVD player. Next to the TV is a wood burning stove and we provide the wood. It is very rare to find homes in Tahoe with real wood burning stoves and fireplaces since a rule came out over 6 years ago that fireplaces must be removed when a home is sold. I bought this house before that rule so I am able to keep the wood stove and fireplace. There are large double paned windows facing the mountain and meadows in this room. The sliding glass door leads you out to the large 55 foot deck with picnic table seating for 18 and a high quality BBQ. The views of the mountains and meadow are amazing and you can see coyotes, birds, chipmunks and sometimes a beaver running around. On the right side of the deck is a door that leads into the master suite with a queen bed, seating, and ensuite bathroom. You can also enter this private master suite through the garage. Off of the upstairs living room is a hallway which leads you to a bathroom with a shower/tub on the left, a queen bedroom on the right, a king bedroom on the right and then a second master bedroom on the left with a king bed, TV, DirecTV service, and a private bathroom with shower. Off of the upstairs living room is the open kitchen and dining seating for 12. The kitchen was recently remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new sink. Continue through the kitchen and walk down the stairs to the lower level. You will enter the billiards room with a large pool table. On the right are three bedrooms with queen beds. After you pass the billiards room, there is a large bathroom on the left with a shower. Continue down the hallway and you will enter the great room with a large TV with DirecTV, DVD player, DVD library, wet bar, bar stools, shuffleboard table, large cozy fireplace and I provide the wood. Pass this room and you will enter the sunroom. There is a ping pong table, couches and great views. To the right is a large bedroom with 3 full beds. The driveway can fit 4 cars and 2 cars can fit in the garage. In the garage is a storage room for skis, boards, poles, boots, etc. Snow Removal I have a company that plows the driveway when there is more than 5 inches of snow. Description:This is a family cabin located in the lush greenery of the Mt Hood National Forest outdoor activites year round are right outside the door. Our cabin has an open floor plan, newly installed bamboo floors, vaulted ceilings, and a wood burning stove. There is a covered entryway, a long curcular driveway, and no near-by neighbors to bother you. There is a full cord of wood in our woodshed for many cozy evenings reading by the fire. The cabin is secluded, but only a 50 minute drive from downtown Portland. Besides the wood stove, we have central heating, so you will never be cold. There are several sleeping options: a king-sized log bed an upper loft with two twins which is perfect for kids a couch and an inflatable queen mattress for use in the great room area. We have a full bathroom with a tub on the first floor and a half bathroom just off the king-sized bedroom on the second floor. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee bean grinder, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook a great meal. The open floor plan allows the cook to be part of everthing that is going on in the great room. There are so many fun things to do in the Mt Hood national Forest -- year-round there are activites to keep a family busy. The Flag Mountian hiking trial is nearby, no driving required. Trillium Lake is a beautiful location for a hike, a paddle, or a snowshoe expedition. Cross country skiing is fun when there is snow on the ground. Teacup is a nice place to cross country ski, as is the Nordic Center at Mt. Hood Meadows. Its a short drive to Ski Bowl, Timberline, and Mount Hood Meadows downhill ski areas. Our kids really like to watch the salmon spawn in the fall huge fish swim upstream in an attempt to return home to die. A rare opportunity to stay in a restored church with all the comforts of home. This place is unique, charming & beautiful on a quiet country road. The entire church has been updated and freshly painted. I keep the church spotless. Property description & amenities: The ceiling is 30 feet high surrounded by eight, 4’ x 12 ‘ stained glass windows. Central heating & wood burning stove/fireplace, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, wi fi Internet, music system and complete kitchen. There is a new grand piano you are welcome to play. The master bedroom with private bath is located on the balcony, (formerly the choir loft). There is a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player at the foot of the queen bed. Linens, comforter, pillows, towels, hair dryer & shampoo are provided. The loft/balcony master bedroom is private from view from below and separate from the second bedroom. I provide, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, bagels, cream cheese, fruit, juices etc. for your breakfast. There is a country store 1/4 blocks away. Snow shoeing trails, walking paths, parks and a host of fun activities nearby. Check in anytime after 4 p.m. I don't mind late arrivals. Plenty of off street parking. You're five minutes to Lake Champlain, 20 to downtown Burlington. Next door to Mt. Philo, the Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms and the Shelburne Village with it's quaint shops and restaurants. The per day rate for the entire church is $165.00 for two persons and $15 per night for each additional person. plus a $40 total cleaning deposit. There is a two day minimum stay for booking the entire church ( I might make an exception) With the entire church rental you get two bedrooms that can sleep two couples. The guest room is very small but cozy with a double bed. The guest room uses the half bath on the lower level and would share the upstairs shower/tub of the master bedroom. Massage therapy. I'm a CMT ( certified massage therapist) of 11 years. I have a heated massage room here for my Airbnb guests and do not see other clients while I have Airbnb guests. I do swedish style massage with includes your face, scalp and feet. Your massage includes hot steamed towels on your back along with aroma therapy & hot stones. Description:Cortijo La Suerte is situated on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada on a fifteen minutes walk from the village Pitres and a twenty minutes walk from the village Mecina. It is a typical house in 'the campo' where nature lovers can enjoy the quiet country atmosphere. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, central heating in the living room and floor heating in the two main bedrooms are small luxuries that add to the rural living style. So don't expect a luxurious holiday mansion but enjoy the advantages of the quiet countryside, where you can be completely on your own. The house has been built ten years ago and recently an extra floor and an annex have been added. With three double bedrooms it sleeps six persons. Because of the hilly area and the swimming pool, the house seems less appropriate for children under six years old. On the upper floor, the spacious main bedroom has a double bed, washstand, picture windows and doors opening to a large terrace with stunning mountains views. The second bedroom has two single beds and the new bathroom next door, with washstand, bath and toilet. The bedrooms have floor heating for the cold times. Downstairs, a second bathroom has another toilet, a wash basin and an unusual semi-circular shower. While showering one can admire the view over the mountains and the village of Mecina.
