Description:Rent my duplex during sxsw--ideal location! SXSW Inf I am a 5 minute cab ride to downtown, with a bus stop a few blocks away. You can feasibly walk to Auditorium Shores, Zilker Park, and even downtown (it would be a bit of a hike, but doable). I am an easy walk to a number of bars/restaurants on South Lamar where you will find some SX parties, and a really quick bus/taxi ride to South Congress where you'll find tons of SX parties. My duplex accommodates 4 comfortably. The duplex is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath unit, with free wi-fi, full-sized washer/dryer, and large outdoor patio/backyard. The second bedroom is being used as a study, but will have a full-size air mattress to easily accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The backyard has a gas grill, modern covered patio area with couches/table, and big backyard. Smoking is ok outside. The carport will easily accomodate 2 cars, with lots of additional parking on the street.
