Come and stay in my large bedroom in this two bedroom. You would be sharing the apartment with my mother & her husband, who stay in the second bedroom ...but are hardly ever home. (so you really wouldn't be seeing them much if at all. Why am I renting this second bedroom..? I have been staying at my boyfriend and figured out why not help pay the mortgage while not at home. A great place to stay and enjoy your time in NYC... for a great price :) This is a completely furnished 2 bedroom apartment located in Astoria, Queens just 10 minutes to Manhattan... where you would be renting the larger bedroom in the apartment. Literally right across the river..in 10 minutes you can be in Times Square, window shopping on Madison or Fifth Avenue, ice skating at Rockefeller Center, seeing a Broadway show or just wandering the streets of Manhattan. Don't want to take the train (it really is completely safe at all hours of the night) ...but would rather jump in a cab. The price from Midtown/Times Square area is $15, and from E. Village $20. Astoria .. where the apartment is located is diverse, friendly and safe. Supermarkets, movie theaters, outdoors coffee shops, retail stores, clubs, bars & the famous Astoria Beer Garden are within 5 min walking distance. The one Captain Deluxe Suite with full size deluxe private ensuite has a built in jacuzzi tub, private sauna box and sky light, the suite is fully furnished with full size walk in closet and king size bed. Suite is fully air conditioned. The three Admiral Suites with private ensuite is fully furnished with walk in closet and queen size bed. The five Commodore Suites with shared washroom has large closet and queen size bed. Most suites can accommodate 3 guests, extra bed(s) can be placed in every suite to accommodate extra guest(s). Every suite has full cable TV access with 20 color TV and remote. The Captain deluxe suite has 32 LCD HDTV with full cable, DVD player, and mini stereo.
