Well appointed kitchen for your use. Access to 2 rooftop swimming pools (one is an Olympic sized Lap pool!), Hot tub, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Rec Room, state of the art Gym, Pool Table, and Business Center. Description:Playa Fanabe is a tranquil, popular resort in the Costa Adeje area in the south of the island of Tenerife. It is 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. The complex in which the holiday apartment is situated is called Los Lagos de Fanabe. It boasts beautiful gardens which surround a pool of differing depths to accommodate all ages. A bar restaurant sits alongside the pool. There is also an indoor games area with table tennis and pool available and a first class indoor restaurant for evening meals and breakfast (not included in the price). The complex is situated in the midst of 5 star hotels and is only 100yds from the beach where there is a host of activities including jet skiing, gliding, banana boats, canoes and paddle boats. Its also a short 8 minute drive or 15 minute direct bus ride to the University of Texas campus, and its world renowned intellectual, sports, museum, and arts & culture facilities. Further, given the apartment's central location, its an easy trip to downtown's eclectic, and sometimes wild, live music, entertainment, and shopping districts. The apartment has a living room on two levels with a balcony and separate bedroom. roofs are sloped and the apartment was renovated recently. You have air conditioning although the sea breeze makes the temperature pleasant even in summer. There is a bus stop outside the port city to go to the train station or the center of Sitges. There are about 15 to 20 minutes walking to the train station. Within the port there is a small supermarket, terraces and restaurants and about 10 minutes on foot supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. .. Description:Flat small but well maintained in the Manga del Mar Menor. The beach is only a few meters (about 70 to the sand). The apartment has a bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed in the dining room. It also has available two-mattress ottoman. The kitchen, independent dining room, fully equipped with all types of appliances (cooker, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge ...) and all household utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, mold ( biscuit mixes -) ... The kitchen has also a small laundry room (natural light) which is the pile of washing, the washing machine and a perfect space for other useful (ironing boards, utensils cleaning). The apartment is fully air conditioned with air conditioning (two machines in the dining room and bedroom) and equipped with Freeview TV, DVD and home theater. The bathroom is bright and has a bathtub. The terrace is one of the best places in the apartment. Very wide and oriented to the Mediterranean Sea is the ideal place for breakfast or spend time reading or listening to music. Its orientation towards the east can use almost all day (only the pleasant morning sun falls on it). The apartment is located on ground floor, so you can come and go easily and comfortably to the terrace. However, it is located in a corner of the complex, step away from the neighbors, so you can keep all the privacy you want. The area is ideal for quiet and relaxation, but nothing is missing. With a choice of two seas, the apartment is closer to the Mediterranean (just opposite). Ideal for those who do not want to take the car to go to the beach. This has been recently groomed and equipped with showers and foot boardwalk. It has a Relief position 112, which ensures the safety of swimmers. Almost every day (if not all) you can enjoy green flag. In the days when the sun shines and the sky is clear, the water is crystal clear and turquoise. If you have small children or if traveling with older, is a perfect beach. Although it is now chosen by more people is still not overcrowded. Ideal for those who love long walks along the banks (more than 5km row). If you do it before 9 am, you are virtually alone. Urbanization Puerto Sea III (awarded the prestigious Home Overseas Awards 2006) is located in a particular site, completely surrounded by water. From the urbanization there are excellent views Estacio channel, which occurs in and out of the boats from the sea below the Mediterranean (every two hours you will see the spectacle that occurs when you lift the Estacio bridge to allow the passage of the largest dimension). In addition, the Tomas Maestre marina is just 3 minutes away. Private pools are one of the sites of our tenants. The hot tub with bubbles in the center of the pool is ideal to relax before dinner. La Manga is a natural paradise and a geographical miracle. You can choose from more than 30 km of different beaches and plenty of activities. Choose from the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor to bathe. If you are fond of diving, you can not miss the seabed of Cabo de Palos and natural island Reseva Ants. Are you drawn to the water sport? La Manga is one of the best places to practice it in all its forms. Learn to sail or kite-surfing fun doing. And be sure to rent a jet ski. You can do it on the beach in front of the apartment. You can play golf at the nearby golf courses scattered around the Mar Menor or take the ferrry and cross to the other side to spend the day in San Javier, Los Narejos, Santiago de la Ribera ... Enjoy eating the typical rice pot or the best fried fish in the port of Cabo de Palos and tasting the dishes of the steamer or Pieter School (these only a few minutes from the apartment). Supermarkets nearby, pharmacy, doctor ... Everything to make you focus on just having fun. If you come by your own car, you know you'll like a parking space reserved on the surface (near the gate). Consisting of four beautifully renovated apartments, each one is unique in its own way. Depending on which unit you choose for your stay, (mountain-view or sea-view), each one has a different layout and color theme... Blue, Turquoise, Green, and Terracotta. Each apartment comfortably accomodates 1-4 guest(s) and has one bedroom with two single beds, one full bath, complete and fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and large balconies with retractable awnings. The living area can accomodate two more guests by opening the sofa-bed making two more single beds. Air Conditioning is available in all apartments and in every room. The units have a remarkable view of the Corinthian Gulf as well as the beautiful Geranian Mountains. Slide open the kitchen area balcony doors and take a look at the breathtaking view of the ocean and the boardwalk leading into town. Open the bedroom balcony door and be overwelmed of the beauty of the Geranian Mountains. Marble is abundant throughout the property including all marble baths. The property is also enclosed, therefore making it a great place to stay for families with children. We have a tree house in the back yard available for all our little guests. In the summer months our guests are welcome to our harvest garden full of tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, zuccini, lemons, apricots, and other herbs and spices free of charge. Private parking and Wi-Fi are also available to all our guests for free. We live on the main level of the building and therefore are available 24/7. If you need something...just ask. We are walking distance from Europe's largest 5 Star Casino and a 5 minute drive from the Hydrotherapy-Spa Center in downtown Loutraki where you'll also find many restaurants and taverns for everyone's taste, night life, the local market and tourist shops.
