It is located in a great development with a large swimming pool and children's playground, only five minutes walk to the beach and the lovely bay of Sao Martinho. This brand new two bedroom apartment is in one of the recently built developments in the popular beach town of Sao Martinho. The development and apartment are conveniently located very close to all amenities including the bus stop from Lisbon, the beach, restaurants and cafe's. The apartment itself comprises of a large living / dining area with dinging table for 6 people and a sofa bed. The living room opens onto a large varanda that overlooks the pool and play area and has outside table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. There is a good sized bathroom with a bath and shower that is adjacent to the bedrooms. Bedroom one is fitted with a large double bed and fitted wardrobe and bedroom two has two single beds. Directions The development is located in a quiet area, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the bay. Area description São Martinho do Porto has one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. With its dazzling shell shaped bay, with calm waters and white sandy beaches. This beautiful bay is surrounded by cafe´s, restaurants and shops all within a ten minute stroll. You will find a number of activities within the Silver Coast of Portugal including golf, horse riding, water sports, fishing and much more. tours can be arranged such as wine tours and historical tours. ten minutes away is the spectacular beach and Lagoon of Foz Do Arelho, here you will find white sandy beaches and non motorized water sport centre offering catamarans, canoe´s windsurfing, kite surfing and much more. The brownstone building dates back to 1895, and my back deck is shared by three neighbours who live in similar 2 storey flats. Free parking across the street on a little side street called rue du Couvent, and around the corner at the entrance of the CLSC Clinic against the fence. The apartment is at the entrance to St Henri station on the orange line and only 3 short stops from downtown central, the train station, Old Montreal and all major shopping on Ste Catherine Street. Atwater Market and the Lachine Canal are walkable with a ton of conveniences all nearby.
