The shared amenities include a separate and fully furnished kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area. The apartment is very sunny all day with 2 exposure: East and West, Sun in the bedroom in the morning and in the lounge all afternoon. You can enjoy a great view: Sunset on the Statue of Liberty and view on Downtown Manhattan. The apt is the entire 3rd and last floor of classic Brooklyn brownstone. There is only 2 apartments in the building, including this one. The building is old and not fancy at all, but the apartment is very nice and well maintained. The entire place has been completely renovated February 2012, after previous guests trashed it, which lead to complety redo the place and impose stricter house rules. Renovations on February 2012 include: New furnitures, new paint, new beds, new tiles on floor, bathroom and kitchen, new linens for all rooms. There is a bus stop 2 doors down, $2 per night public parking for your car, and easy access to major highways and Toronto's Pearson Airport. A 5 minute bus ride takes you to the metro station (or a 10 minute walk), and it's only 20 minutes into the downtown core of Toronto.
