Description:Rent my beautiful guest bedroom! I have a very large (1200 sq. ft.), 2.5 bedroom, nicely decorated apartment in a fabulous, quiet, safe neighborhood in the center of LA, and am renting out the large guest bedroom on a nightly, weekly, or month to month basis short term only. This isn't some crappy box like apartment with just a futon in the corner, in a bad part of town. This is one of the nicest parts of town and is a huge, beautiful residence with all the amenities and wonderful tenants all of that is not necessarily the easiest to find in this city. If you don't know the area, location is ideal. It's very centrally located. Everything (beach, valley, airport, east side) is about 20 25 minutes by car, and if you don't have a car, every kind of business you might need to visit in LA is within walking distance (2 6 blocks, at most): The Grove Mall Melrose Ave. Cool clothes shopping (the Grove Mall, Melrose Ave.) Park (across street has playground, basketball courts, and running area, lit @ night, too) Grocery Stores (Health food store/deli, Whole Foods, CVS pharmacy, Super K Mart, 7 11) Coffee shop with free wireless Restaurants/Bars: Italian, Pan Asian, Spanish tapas, Thai take out, healthy lunch/breakfast place. My street is smack dab in the center of what's considered LA's alternative restaurant row. Post office (across street) Fairfax District (Jewish neighborhood, temples, kosher stores & restaurants) Library Bank Bus stop (in case you don't have a car) Although the apartment is very close to businesses, the actual street where residence is located is an ultra quiet, tree lined, neighborhoody street with permit parking for residents (and guests i.e., you) only. Building is a 1920's Spanish colonial quad plex with friendly, quiet neighbors. Apartment (including bedroom for rent) is fully furnished and has been called very warm and cozy by visitors, despite the large rooms (see pics which, because rooms are so large, generally only show half the room). Place is light and airy, with 14' beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, archway, (non working) fireplace. Front wall overlooking street is all french door windows. Electric and plumbing have been redone. Great water pressure. Wonderful vibe. I have wireless, laundry, and both a tub and shower (picture below only shows tub side). Bedroom for rent has super comfy king sized bed, lounger chair, clock/radio, flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, 2 dressers, a desk, closet, and plenty of shelving, storage, and light. I do still live here (i.e., I would still be here while you were here), but I try to be as unobtrusive as possible during your stay, and would want any short term tenant to feel comfortable enough to come and go as they please, and make this a home away from home while here, we are quite a family in the building here. I would only ask the following: Non smoker preferred, but if you must smoke, please do so outside No pets (I sometimes dogsit to help friends out, but that's usually brief and temporary.) Be respectful (to home, to stuff, to other building residents, including myself) Pay when move in, and add a $100 security deposit to amount owed, if you leave everything as you found it, deposit will be returned to you. To clarify again, you would only be renting the master bedroom as your space alone, the common areas (kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, hallway, bathroom) would still be shared with me. Here the most famous Croatian beer called O ujsko is being produced. There’s also a restaurant close to the brewery (Zagreba ka pivovara, Ilica 222) where you can enjoy the beer as well as some Croatian culinary specialties that go well with the pint. Not only the beer lovers would love this place. It is surrounded with shops, the hairdresser’s is just downstairs, the bakery and a café with a nice terrace are just around the corner as well as the bank, kiosk, Theatre Exit with contemporary plays on repertoire. The international School of Management is also on the same street. The apartment is very peaceful and bright with lots of flowers around – in the pictures, vases and pots. It certainly deserves to be named SPRING. Location and Map The apartment Spring is situated on Mandalicina street, a minute walk from the tram stop on Ilica, the most famous Zagreb street which connects the City Centre with the western suburbs. The apartment is situated on the first floor and overlooks both the street side (very quiet and never too busy) and a peaceful courtyard on the other (bedroom and dining area). From the tram stop which is only a minute walk from the apartment, there's 5 tram stops to the Central Square of Ban Jela i – the tram will take you there in ten minutes. The apartment is surrounded by shops (grocery shops, wine shop, bakery, flower shop), a hairdresser's in the same building, cafes and restaurants and five minutes by tram from the Britanac fresh food market. Most major Zagreb sights are within 10 minutes tram ride. The Apartment This cheerful looking apartment consists of a nice lounge room (double bed separated with a box of shelves, two pull out sofas) with a study corner (DSL internet fast connection), brand new kitchen with dining area and a charming little balcony attached, bedroom with another double bed, bathroom and toilet. Description:We have 20 rooms in total and is located on the Tozai Line's Minami Gyotoku Station in Chiba Prefecture. Our Guest House is located in a peaceful residential area. You can easily access Monzen nakacho, Kayabacho, Nihonbashi, Otemachi, Takadanobaba, and Nakano stations and can reach the center of Tokyo by taking just one train line. There is a convenience store and 100 yen Lawson only 10 seconds from the house! There is also a park and sports gym where you can enjoy a nice walk on a sunny day or exercise and refresh yourself. There is a supermarket, restaurant, hospital, pharmacy, and Yamada electronics store around the area of the station so you can fully enjoy your everyday life. There is a Tsutaya, Don Quixote, and Gold's Gym in Gyotoku which you can easily walk to from the house. If you take the train to Minami funabashi, you can even go to IKEA and Lalaport! Shared facilities include kitchen, shower, toilet, living room, dual language TV, PCs, and a bicycle parking area. Each private room includes a desk, chair, air conditioning, small refrigerator, closet, bed, free internet connection, digital TV connection, and bicycle parking area so you can make a smooth transition into your new lifestyle. Each room's closet is very spacious so even if you have a lot of luggage, there's no need to worry about a lack of space!
