Sourth Beach is 10 minutes away, there is also bus stop near by, if you decide not to rent a car.You will have your own bedroom as well as bathroom . The bedroom has a quin size bed (sleeps 2) and a sofabed (sleeps 1). I have an air bed also available. The parking is fee, also there is a laundry on the property . The living room and kitchen will be shared betweeen you and me, I do not really cook, so you will have it mostly to yourself. Villa consists of 7 apartments of varying sizes. All the apartments are comfortable with elegant interiors, terraces and balconies facing the sea, overlooking the Elaphiti Islands. Each apartment provides a kitchen with all facilities for longer stays. Three apartments also have fantastic BBQ area with and outside table on the terrace. It is possible to have up to 1 or 2 extra beds per apartment. Above the villa there is a little domestic taverna just for the villa's guests with a sea view terrace where it is possible to try home cooked Dalmatian dishes for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available on request and they can be delivered to your apartment through room service. A very well known gastronomy centre in Croatia is Ston Bay, which is just a 20 minute drive away. It has oysters growing in the Ston bay area where the clean sea is mixed with the nearby river Neretva. Ston’s restaurants offer shells, mussels and fish farms providing excellent sea food served in the restaurants of the little town Ston. Description:The apartment is carefully furnished and modern so that it provides for you during your stay in Zagreb both the convenience of a modern tourist facility and the atmosphere of your own home. In addition to the practically equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower enclosure, on the app. 75 m floor space (out of which 18 m on the galleries) divided in 7 functional units, there are beds for 5 persons. French Bed for two is in the gallery G1 (the sleeping part of the apartment) and it is a real warm nest. Here you also have a TV and a DVD (DivX USB) player. In the division of the sleeping part of the apartment you also have two big (100 x 200 cm) beds which you can easily disjoin and put a night stand in between them. The fifth bed (1,20 x 2,00 m) is on the gallery G2 in addition to a built in wardrobe and work desk. It is possible to expand the accommodation space of the apartment to acommodate additional 2 3 persons using the leather living room furniture set in the sleeping part of the apartment and the pullout sofa bed in the living room area. For you to feel at home you also have cable TV and broadband internet access (ADSL)! For easy and fast preparation of the morning coffee, tea or some other warm drink, and in the case you do not drink tap water (although Zagreb water is not only high quality water but it also tastes great) we have a Water Cooler with sufficient amount of cooled spring water. Description:The house is located near Split in the village of Stobrec, so we are close to all major events, all nearby tourist towns, the ferry to travel to the islands, airport, water sports and activities. The house is placed on a hill overlooking the sea and therefore has a fascinating view of the sea and islands from every apartment. And it is located in the countryside near the forest so it is extremely quiet and comfortable. The perfect vacation for body and soul, day and night. Nevertheless it can be suitable for those groups of people who want to have party (day and night) because no one will be bothered. Guests can enjoy the fresh air and the surroundings are suitable for long walks in the countryside or bike rides. Scooters can be rent in the autocamp 1,5km far from us. Down under the hill where the house is placed, there is a uncontaminated beach that extends from Split to Stobrec and the sea is shallow and very clean, ideal for swimming.This property has provided all content and is solely responsible for its accuracy.
