Description:Hello, I have a 1 bedroom apartment that can be rented on a temporary basis anywhere from a couple nights to a couple weeks or possibly a little longer. I also rent out just the master bedroom or a private two bedroom apartment which you can see if you click on my picture and scroll down. The apartment has the master bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, the big outdoor patio, and a huge roof deck which has gorgeous views day or night. The living room has a LCD projector and a large 6' x 6' movie screen which rolls down and back up when not in use. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including crushed marble countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, disposal, juicer, and even a cute built-in wine rack. It has everything one might need to bake or make a gourmet meal. The bath is finished in marble, has a pedestal sink, a deluge showerhead, and a marble bench in the shower in case you feel like taking a steam bath. The master bedroom is big and has a queen size bed, plenty of storage in the closet, bookcase, bureau, and bedside tables. It has a big sliding glass door that opens onto a 15ft x 20ft garden patio with BBQ and fire-pit. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive from either the 101 or 280 freeway and a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, a hardware store, fruit market, post office, UPS, CPMC/St. Luke's hospital, museums, galleries, places for kids, all kinds of restaurants, a swimming pool, banks, clubs, underground places, movie theaters, fun dives, bookstores, parks, clothing stores, thrift shops, and the library. In other words, everything is very convenient! MUNI / Public transportation is half a block away on Mission Street or Valencia, BART is 5 blocks away, and the J Church street car is 2 blocks away. If you park west of my apartment you only have to move your car once a week for street cleaning the rest is 2 hour parking or metered. There is also a big roof deck for everyone to use with BBQ, weights and a weight bench, and of course, incredible views day or night. I'm about a 30 minute walk to San Francisco General Hospital or a 10 minute bike ride and UCSF has free shuttles that go to all their other sites. That's the closest shuttle pickup of the many they have around town in case you're coming to SF for a fellowship or internship. 's closest shuttle pickup is only three blocks away in case you're here to work there for either an internship or permanently, or if you want to use that service to get you down the peninsula, (for example, I believe they have a stop in Palo Alto). Description:Welcome! We have a Beautiful well lit home, only a block from the Ballona creek bike path. There are bikes available for your use as well! A 2 seater/tandem bike and a single beach cruise bike. Place is 3 miles to Venice beach or Playa del rey beaches. Very conveniently located only a few blocks from the 90 freeway (only freeway in LA with out traffic!) Easy 90 and 405 freeway access allows quick rides to hollywood, Redondo beach, Longbeach, airport etc. Bus lines and bike paths lead the 3 miles to Venice beach, The Marina, Santa monica, etc. The place is clean and has a front and back patio (ok to smoke outside only) and shared yard. One parking space is avilalble in gated driveway and street parking is easy. There is 3 bedrooms and a 4th bedroom/office space with sleeping space attached off of the 3rd bedroom. 1st bedroom has a California King sized bed (can very comfortably sleep 3) 2nd room is a kids room (kid friendly with toys and a small kid bed) 3rd room has a queen sized bed for 2 people, 4th room has Queen sized air bed that sleeps 2. The rooms and the place itself is really spacious, plus the price difference from a 1-4 persons booking is very very little. ********** -Central Located in a 1890 classical building with Gaudi’s Palau Guell just across the street, Barcelona's most known boulevard Las Ramblas at the corner, and La Boqueria main traditional food market of the city two blocks away. -Spacious The space is a 250m² / 2700 sqFt flat that contains 3 parts: 1(grey). The rental apt at one extreme of the flat. 2 (purple). A long common entrance corridor that separate both parts. 3 (orange). My studio workplace at the opossite extreme. I live in the upper part of the city but normally each day i go to the studio to work. The flat its really spacious and light-filled with high ceilings and windows. All the photos are recent (Sept Nov 2011 and Jan 2012) and I like to update them to reflect the current season and changes in furniture, objects and plants....it's not a frozen scenario. -Calm The apt is very quiet with large courtyard windows and terrace. Having your place located in this kind of courtyard is NOT irrelevant. At the center you must be prepared to have your neighbor just at 3-4 meters in front of your window and to have a lot of noise at night from the street. ********** -Singularities: 01. The rental apt have a typical old school bath distribution: bath in one room (bath sink) and a separate toilet (wc sink) located at the entrance corridor. It's NOT a shared toilet. 02. Description:Welcome to your sunny, stylish home in the heart of Hollywood. This large, 1925 house has been tastefully divided into three separate, private apartments, one of which we are offering as a furnished 1BR getaway. Nestled in the back of a tree-lined cul de sac, you’ll find it has a surprisingly quiet, natural feel for its central, Hollywood Hills location. Incredibly convenient if you are visiting or working in Burbank, Studio City, or NoHo, and a quick ride to downtown too. The space itself is amazing. The living room has an almost cathedral-like feel – huge and sunny with a double-height barrel ceiling, giant windows and hardwood floors. On clear days (which is almost every day in Southern California!), sunlight floods the room and makes for a truly wonderful place to relax or tweak your screenplay. The apartment is stylishly furnished and includes both wireless internet and a 37” LCD HDTV flat panel TV and DVD player. The open kitchen has everything you need to cook at home – including a microwave, four-burner gas stove, coffeemaker and toaster – and enjoy your meal at the adjacent dining table with seating for four. In the bedroom you’ll find a new, queen-sized bed with fresh cotton sheets and a fluffy comforter. The elegant, modern Design Within Reach couch in the living room also folds down into a bed, which can sleep two additional guests. We went the extra mile to add a few reflections of our own passions (design, film, literature, music) so you’ll find nice touches like framed Nama Rococo French Dot Wall Paper and Blik wall murals in addition to selection of well-chosen books, films, and great rock ‘n roll to help you feel inspired. Bring your morning cup of coffee out onto the large patio, surrounded by greenery. There is also an on-site washer/dryer unit. An off-street parking space is included. Pets are considered on a per-case basis – give us a call. No smoking in the unit – please keep it limited to outside onto the patio. Do note that there is a flight of stairs from the driveway up to the front door of the house, and a small set (7 stairs) within the apartment. Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties!
