Description:This holiday home is a self catering house with 180 degrees sea views and is located 100 meters from the bathing area St James Tidal Pool. Built in 1918 this home has retained some features while being refurbished with modern in facilities. Twee Gevels (Two Gabels) is situated halfway between Kalk Bay and Muizenberg and offers a spacious and luxurious home optimizing the uninterrupted sea views while being in close proximity of all tourist attractions False Bay area has to offer. Twee Gevels is situated across the road from the beach with closest swimming area 100 meters away. The living areas of this grand old lady as well as three bedrooms offer sea views. A sea facing veranda across the width of the house is ideal for outdoor living while a library/2nd lounge with authentic fire place provides a cosy space in less than perfect weather conditions. The villa has been furnished to reflect the colours and clean lines of the ocean. Open living spaces characterize this home with kitchen, lounge and dining room all flowing on to veranda with spectacular views. Main Bedroom: (Queen) offers 45 sq meters of space and en suite with bath, shower, wc, bidet and basin. Bedroom 2: (Queen) has private patio and en suite with shower, wc and basin. A double lock up garage is available for safe keeping of two vehicles as well as sports equipment. The house has 24 hours armed response to ensure a safe stay. Immediate area: Western Cape enjoys mild winters and pleasant summers, rainfall is moderate throughout the year and there are refreshing sea breezes. Golden vineyards, sun drenched orchards, beaches, silent forests, sweeping lakes and beautiful views make this region a delight, not to mention the wealth of entertainment and industry that Cape Town offers. There is something for everyone from shopping to fishing and adventure trails, swimming and sunbathing on the False Bay Coast. From Muizenburg to Kalk Bay is a busy main street with market stalls, antique shops, art galleries as well stalls on the pavements. The most notable feature of False Bay must be the golden, sandy beaches lapped by the clear waters of the Indian Ocean. The area has a fabulous selection of great restaurants specializing mainly in delicious seafood. Description:Rent my duplex during sxsw--ideal location! SXSW Inf I am a 5 minute cab ride to downtown, with a bus stop a few blocks away. You can feasibly walk to Auditorium Shores, Zilker Park, and even downtown (it would be a bit of a hike, but doable). I am an easy walk to a number of bars/restaurants on South Lamar where you will find some SX parties, and a really quick bus/taxi ride to South Congress where you'll find tons of SX parties. My duplex accommodates 4 comfortably. The duplex is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath unit, with free wi-fi, full-sized washer/dryer, and large outdoor patio/backyard. The second bedroom is being used as a study, but will have a full-size air mattress to easily accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The backyard has a gas grill, modern covered patio area with couches/table, and big backyard. Smoking is ok outside. The carport will easily accomodate 2 cars, with lots of additional parking on the street. A highly stylish 145 m2 Loft style Parisian apartment well located in Paris just 5 mins from Gare Du Nord Paris ( Eurostar, Thalys, ICE ) and 50 mins from both airport (Orly, CDG ) Also very easy to get to Parc des expositions for people to come to paris for the trade show. Two mins walk from the nearest metro station on line 5. It takes 15 mins to central Paris (Chatelet, Hotel de ville, marais, notre dame ) 30 mins to Eiffel Tower. In the neighborhood there is a beautiful parc des buttes chaumont within 5 mins by walking. Renovated from an ancient atelier (workshop) with glass ceiling on the roof top and an open plan kitchen and living room (40 square meters )where you can cook and eat. Also a patio with roof allows you to rest and get more fresh air ! There are 3 bedrooms and one big sofa for one person so totally it could host up to 7 person, superb for family trips and maintain quality living while staying in Paris. Description:Make your visit to Barcelona memorable staying in this fantastic, large, modernist (art nouveau) style apartment with a great patio, walking distance to many tourist attractions and a 13 min pleasant walk to Barcelona´s center! Note: For the month of May and June the minimum number of nights is 3, but for the rest of the months it is 4 nights minimum. This beautifully classical place is on the first floor of a traditional 19th century building in the Eixample district, very centrally located in an area with great selection of restaurants and bars, close to public transportation and with many stores and supermarkets nearby. If your group consists of 6 or more people, why stay in a small apartment with insufficient showers, toilets and rooms? for just a bit more this apartment offers you 5 bedrooms, three toilets and two showers to make your stay comfortable and pleasant!! It is an 6 min walk to Pl. Universitat (red metro line running north-south), 7 min to Passeig de Gracia, the upscale shopping artery of the city (yellow and green metro lines running east-west) or Hospital Clinic (blue metro line) metro stations. Many buses stop 1-2 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment is 110 m2 plus 40 m2 for the patio (1185 sq ft 430 sq ft), with very high ceilings with original plaster crown molding (two of them polychrome), and beautiful floors with original hydraulic tiles. It has been just restored, faithfully following the original floor plan and style, but with an up to date reinterpretation. The apartment has a modest size living room, a large dining room, a total of 5 bedrooms (two of the bedrooms face the street and have some traffic noise, the other three bedrooms are to the inside and quiet), all with plenty of closet space. This makes a total of three double beds and three twin beds. It also has a fully equipped kitchen. It is not a modern one but has all you might need to cook plus dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and large refrigerator. There are two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and one half bathroom. There is a washer and a dryer, 2 TVs (in each of two of the rooms) and WiFi. And the most amazing and unique, you can use the large patio to chill out in the evenings or have memorable dinners. I provide with blankets and there are space heaters, so even if it´s a bit chilly you can sit outside under the canopy. The building has elevator and intercom. We provide you with clean linens, towels, table cloths, ironing equipment, slippers, 3 hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion and assorted toiletries. Also, complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea bags and ground coffee, plus basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt and spices… Check in and check out are flexible, except in cases in which there is a group coming/leaving the same day (doesn't happen often), in which case check out is 11 am and check in is 3 pm, although you can leave your bags in the apartment... The whole apartment fits a maximum of 9 people. Please be reminded that this is an apartment within a residential building. It is important not to disturb the neighbors, so no parties or loud music are allowed. Also, if your group is less than 9 people, you can invite over, during the day, one or two guests, no more, occasionally, but under no circumstance there should be overnight guests... If you have a car you should get a temporary parking pass for the neighborhood zone, for $32 for a 2 week pass. It's very central and the best place to get to different districts with ease. During your stay you'll have all the conveniences of home, including coin-op laundry just down stairs. It's very clean and has things no hotel can offer. This listing is for use of a private 2 BR apartment with 2 private bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchenette and an outdoor private patio! This awesome apartment building has a killer roof deck with panoramic views of all of NYC and bridges. The building is manned with a 24 HOUR Doorman / Security, gym and laundry room as well. The patio outside either bedroom has a table and chairs which is lovely for coffee in the morning, as the sun is all over it. If you're the physical type, there is a gym (free) for your use in the building as well as a laundry room (coin operated), vending machines and ATM as well. The kitchenette has the bare, basic necessities fridge, microwave, hot plate with a couple of top of the line stainless pots/pans, a coffee maker. You are able to make small dishes (pasta, veggies, etc.) but there is no oven. Within 1 block in any direction, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and 24 hr deli that makes killer sandwiches 24 hours. Or anything can be delivered! The Building and Neighborhood: This building complex has 125 units, mostly 2 bedrooms, but this is a special 3 BR Duplex with outdoor patios! Overall, this is a young building: the average age in the entire complex is between 27-35. But these bedrooms are extremely quiet as it's in the corner of a building ground level. This neighborhood is very lively after the sun goes down. The East Village has been heavily built up over the last 5 years and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. The East Village offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and a beautiful park. You can walk to Indian, Russian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vegetarian and American restaurants within a 5 block radius. If you're too tired and beat up from touring NYC and don't feel like going anywhere, you can simply order in and have anything delivered to the room (usually until 11 pm or midnight). And these little privately owned restaurants are MUCH better than midtown/tourist-trap food chain places. There are at least three 24/hr places to eat within 1 block. This building is one of only a few in the neighborhood that has a doorman and an elevator. About 95% of the buildings in the area are walk-ups. Your home away from home will provide the NYC experience not soon forgotten: the spectacular panoramic view of NYC on the roof deck (elevator and outdoor furniture up there), 2 private patios in the unit, a huge courtyard in middle of complex, about 50 restaurant/bars/cafe's within a 3 block radius and probably 500 within a 10 block radius. Enjoy a beautiful park (Tompkins Square) at the end of the block and an East River waterfront park about 4 streets/blocks to the east.
