Description:Casa Rincon is located in the private and 24/7 gated community of Punta del Burro, 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, 5 minutes after the quaint fishing village and new Marina of La Cruz de Hunacaxtle, 10 minutes before Punta Mita and 20 minutes before Sayulita-on the Riviera Nayarit side of the Bay of Banderas. We are the last house in the community, nestled in a lush tropical riverbed, and closest to the famous surf point called “Burros”. Description:Dar 118 is a former traditional house nestled in the Sidi Mimoune district in the Medina of Marrakech. The riad was entirely redesigned by Ludovic Petit as a très privé stylish bolthole. The other major feature of Dar 118 is the unobstucted view on the gardens of the legendary Mamounia hotel. The view from the rooftop terrace is indeed one of the most pleasant of Marrakech. Dar 118 is organized as a riad with its open central courtyard. A spiral staircase distributes floors. The decor is minimalist, designer furnishings with Beldi touches (traditional), beautiful large prints hanging in the living room and bedrooms. The house offers two double bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. Located on the first floor, those two large bedrooms have king size beds. They have direct access to the gallery's first floor. The bathrooms are beautiful, comfortable and of contemporary style. An additional room is available at the patio level. The bed is a bed of 140 cm and will better suit children or one single adult, although two loving adults may sleep well !
