Description:Fourteen bedroom estate right on the oceanfront. Centrally located, you are only minutes from dining and grocery stores, as well as attractions such as the Wright Brothers Memorial. But why leave when there is so much to enjoy here? nFirst there are two game rooms - one with pool table and another with a shuffleboard table. There is also a wet bar. On the mid-level is a media room featuring a 54", Panasonic flat-screen and surround sound. Upstairs, the beautifully appointed great room has a dining area with seating for 22, plus 7 more seats at the granite bartop. The kitchen has plenty of room for the chefs, with a stainless steel Kenmore Elite refrigerator, two ranges and two microwaves. nThe fourteen bedrooms provide a range of choices for the whole family. There are six master bedrooms with private baths, and every bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The upper-level king master even has a whirlpool tub for an extra dose of relaxation. nThere is a no smoking policy for this home, no pets are permitted. Fireplace in living area is not available. nShort Stays are available, there is a 3 night minimum. Please call 800-548-9688 for rates and other details. nBeds: 5 Kings, 8 Queens, 4 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Sure you do, you are on vacation. Here are some recommendations: nGoombays, very close by, right on the beach road. Has an island twist to it, very good food, nice bar. Very popular with the locals. Open for lunch and dinner nKill Devil Grill is also on the beach road around Mile Post 9--excellent food. Also popular with the locals. Serving lunch and dinner nKelly's is always a good choice for dinner. Great seafood and really nice bar/lounge area. Live entertainment some nights. nWe know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Description:The unique Morada do Sol estate consists of two units, ‘Villa Cascais’ and ‘Casa Grande’, linked by a beautiful 5000m2 enclosed landscaped garden. When both houses are rented to same group, parties of up to 34 people can enjoy in complete privacy the large semi of fully covered swimming pool, the gardens, the games area and the sauna (usage upon additional payment). The architecture of the main villa (Villa Cascais) is of Mediterranean influence, with the house following the contours of the landscape, curves not cubes, so the whole is at one with its setting. Most rooms connect to the outside. As the house is set on two spacious floors, there are two living rooms, two kitchens, two private patios and many wonderful relaxing spots with different views. The villa has 7-8 bedrooms in total and can accommodate to up to 20 people. The main entrance is via a spacious entrance hall, with original pine trunks forming the ceiling. To the right, the main formal living room is found with a lovely encased fireplace providing the focal point, and 3 full length French doors opening to the gardens. A large TV with Satellite SKY channels, DVD player and Stereo is provided for the entertainment of guests. To the left the formal dining area is located, this area, with its own french doors opens out to the terrace and gardens. Upon request, we can provide seating for 25, so larger groups can enjoy a meal together. Right across the hall to the other side, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, with a large table for 8 or more, ideal for less formal meals. Just outside the kitchen, in a covered area, a large table made of one single slab of marble, seats up to 18 people comfortably and is ideal for large reunions. The lovely built-in barbecue is just next to this seating area. Across the estate, Casa Grande boasts 5-6 bedrooms. With large dining terraces with beautiful sea views, Casa Grande can accommodate up to 14 people. There are also a large conservatory, a dining room and two fully equipped kitchenettes. With a large swimming pool, beautiful grounds in a 5000m2 private estate, close to the beach and the many attractions of Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra, this property offers an ideal setting for a perfect holiday. Here you find peace and privacy amongst the beauty and tranquillity of nature, but with all you might want close by. The large, covered pool means the water is warm enough for you to swim from April to November, sliding doors allow you to catch a cooling breeze in the hot summer months.
