Description:The Luduvina villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has extra beds that are suitable for children (one double and one single bed) located in the gallery, large living area of the house. The main bathroom, extends to the outside patio, a place of rest and massage. The entrance room or hall, is very spacious and bright, it can be used as a workshop / work place or room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, and dining room are located in the same space, open to the outside and extended by a terrace. There is also a storage room where are the pantry and the refrigerator iare and which are adjacent to the kitchen. To avoid the proliferation of plastic bottles, a drinking fountain is located in the kitchen. This water comes from the well. It is filtered through the system Aquagard. this device for your safety and the water is tested twice a year, which guarantees quality. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels and a solar water heater. Vendors deliver fresh produce daily, (shrimp, fish, vegetables, fruits, bread, newspapers ...) Maria goes to clean the house every two days. IIt is aso possible for Maris to cook you a delicious fish curry and rice (traditional Goan dish) Peter takes care of the garden and stewardship of the house. Nesh will pick you up at the airport and drop you at the Luduvina Villa. If necessary he can assist you in your trips to Hampi, Gokarna or Dudhsagar falls. An hour's drive from the Dabolim airport, the island is 8 km by 3 km and has around 8000 inhabitants. It is accessible by two ferries: -Ribandar (Panjim side) -Pomburpa (Mapusa side). It can be accessed by a bridge on the east side Bicholim. The isolated nature ensures a quiet and calm (remember that the calm in India is different from that in Europe ...), location in Chorao, while allowing you to be at the heart of the city in 30 minutes in the cities of Panjim, Mapusa and the beaches.
