Description:Casa Fiorenza is an architecturally restored town house in the Venetian style, standing alongside a lower entrance gate to the city of Motovun. Some three hundred years old, the house retains its original features on three floors and benefits from modern facilities, designed in with sympathy. The main entrance doors enter onto the ground floor, where there is a large kitchen, modern and minimal in design with good quality kitchen and other appliances. Adjacent is a spacious eating area, with a wood burning stove, and a wet room is also located on this floor. The second floor comprises a very large sitting room with an open fireplace and french windows. This floor is accessible from the internal stairs or from the street via a rear door. Above, the top floor has two double bedrooms, separately reached from the landing, each with en suite facilities.The house has full central heating and the upper floor has air conditioning. In front of the house is a small patio area, offering lovely views of the vineyards beneath, that lead down to the beautiful Mirna valley. Description:We are from the Netherlands but living since 2004 in the beautiful Czech Republic. We welcome you with pride and hospitality on our hobby farm in the beautiful South Bohemia, 10 km from Prachatice. We have two apartments and two small double rooms with shared bathroom Apartment 1: up to 4 persons (living room / kitchen, master bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, shower and toilet. Microwave, mini oven, wood stove, central heating, satellite TV, DVD player,internetconnection. Bathrobes, towels and linens are provided. Apartment 2: up to 5 people a little further in the yard and has a western look. This apartment has a living room / kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor is a mezzanine with a double bed and a room with three beds. There is a microwave, mini oven, satellite TV, DVDplayer, wood stove, this apartment has a small terrace with garden furniture.Bathrobes, towels and linens are provided Zichovec is an excellent starting point for many excursions. To cities like Cesky Krumlov (45km), Ceske Budejovice (40 km) and Prague (130 km) or a walk in the pristine nature of the Bohemian Forest. But also Zichovec will not bore you There is a Jacuzzi and a small gym, a bar with pool table, table tennis, Wii on the big screen, karaoke, darts. A spacious garden, fire pit. A studio where you can paint and make mosaics. There are animals such as potbellied pigs, goats, ducks, cats.
