The wooden elements and the classic warm colored furniture and decorations make you feel welcome the very first minute you walk into a room. The residence consists of 10 twin/double rooms and 5 apartments (bedroom and living room), common kitchen area with full equipment (refrigerator, electric hob, coffee filter, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, dishes and crockery) and a common breakfast lounge, with a wonderful view to the Tampa hill. All the accommodation units are non smoking as well as the breakfast lounge downstairs, the kitchen being a smoking area. New accommodation style comes also with new costs, which are very affordable, the prices starting from 35 euro/room/night, including wireless internet, parking, linen and daily cleaning. Description:This luxury estate is on an excellent, peaceful location in the beautiful bay of Zaton Veliki, at the distance of only 6 km from Dubrovnik. It is one of the most desirable areas close to Dubrovnik. There are several good restaurants and a pizzeria within a short walk from the villa. The village also has a small supermarket, bakery, post office and a bank. Wonderful pathways along the shore are suitable for walks and bicycling. Villa Fantasia offers accommodation for large parties, up to 25 persons. Surrounded by walls, it gives total privacy to the guests who can enjoy villa’s swimming pool, gym, garden, BBQ sitting area, terraces and balconies with beautiful sea views. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The rooms are big, each with double bed and its own bathroom. Each room has its own TV and the whole area is covered by wireless internet connection. There is a big living and dining room which can accommodate all guests. Guests can also rent a boat belonging to the owner and also have guided boat tours to the spectacular islands in Dubrovnik’s vicinity. There is a garage for up to 5 cars.Ground floor contains one bedroom with one double and one single bed and a bathroom, in addition there is a self-contained one bedroom apartment with a double bed, a sitting area a mini kitchen and a jacuzzi bathroom. A well equipped gym/games room is also on the ground floor. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the swimming pool.The living room is on the first floor. This floor contains a large open plan kitchen/sitting room which opens out on its own covered terrace.
