Description:Our garden and pool view condo is located within Palmar del Sol, a complex of twenty recently constructed (2008) luxury condominiums on 5th Avenue of north Playa del Carmen, which is a very quiet part of the town, but still close to beach (just 2 blocks from beautiful Cool and Mamitas beaches) and restaurants.Our condo 2 bedroom condo is new (2009) and we focused on modern, but comfortable furniture especially designed for our place.Each of the 2 bedrooms has a private full bathroom, one of the bedrooms has balcony view overlooking the tropical gardens and the pool. This quiet condo is situated in a first floor location. Spaci ...ous rooms include a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room with seating for 8, and a comfortably furnished living room with sliding glass doors leading to an outdoor terrace with overlooking the tropical landscaped grounds and pool. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with granite counter tops, marble floors and glassed in showers. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor balcony shared with the living room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and one extra twin bed if necessary. We have also 2 sofa beds in the living room, so we can accept up to 7 people in our living room. It is also possible to request cribs and highchair for babies. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, filtered water, and is well stocked with utensils and cookware. The adjacent laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
