Description:The room is big and bright. It lies at the middle of 'Vesterbro' the live alive center of the city, the Soho of Copenhagen. 10 minutes walk from the Central Station. So it is easy to find if you arrive by train from the airport. There is a fifteen minutes walk to Tivoli and five minutes more to the City Hall Square Check my guidebook about the coolest, nicest places of my neighbourhood, Vesterbro, you can get to most places described on foot in 10 20 minutes. In the last couple of years Vesterbro is known for its cool cafes, funky clubs and multicultural restaurants. Lots of small individual designer shops are very popular in the area, which has a high concentrate of hipsters who love living in this casually funky, relaxed area. Vesterbro is known for being the place where 'whores and pickpockets' in the past lived there. Now the area is better known for a vibrant city life and a fusion of past history and population and young people with creative ideas and alternative lifestyles. The apartment has a kitchen and a very small but clean bathroom from 2008, where you have free and unrestricted access. Of course there is also wireless internet available. The apartment is on the first floor and there´s no elevator. Lovely new, comfortable medium hard latex mattress and bright room. The mattress is 160x 200 cm. There are 2 separate covers/duvets. There´s also offered an extra mattress 90x200 cm if requested. I do always provide good clean towels, linen, duvets and good pillows for your stay. House manual: * Please note that the apartment is always shared with the landlord and other guests. * No smoking indoor. * You can come and go as you want to. * Please take of your shoes when entering the corridor. * Inside the apartment it must be quiet at night from 22 07.30 / 10pm 7.30am * Please lock your door when your not in the apartment. * Please leave the kitchen and bathroom in a fair condition after use. * And most important, it's a friendly place to stay :) The living room can be used after agreement with the landlord. It is located in a charming and quiet residential area. If you arrivie by car there is free street parking only 10m from apartment. Good bus connections to down town. A taxi to go down town would cost about 13 EUR. To walk down town is a good 45 60 min. About the apartment: It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) with private entrance. It is about 28 m2 large. The living room area has a sofa, a sofa table and a TV (only one TV channel) and a large selection of DVD movies and series to be played in the DVD player. Wireless internet is in the apartment. The sleeping area has a double bed (140cm * 200cm). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small dining table for 2. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and a water heater. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, toilet and washer/dryer. Floor heating is in the apartment which is controlled by the renter. It is possible for one person to sleep in an extra bed at an additional charge (free for children under 16). Description:This is a cosy room near Hornstull located in a 5room apartment, in total 100 sqm. Costs: 600 SEK/night for one person, 700 SEK/night for two people.The room is furnished with a 140x200cm medium hard bed, a new white desk and a new wardrobe w/ a mirror door. The walls are white and adorned with art by René Magritte (from his museum in Brussels) to give it a modern and arty touch. In the rent are included: bed linen, towels, access to the kitchen, space in the refrigerator and in the freezer, internet Wi Fi broadband, 2 house keys and storage in the cellar of a couple of suit cases. You have fast access to the city centre on the Metro, 10 minutes. Walking distance to the Metro is approx 4 minutes. Also, a 3 min walk takes you to the bus stop of No.4 which takes you to Fridhemsplan and Gullmarsplan in about 10 15 mins. For those of you who like nature, Tantolunden is accessible within 10 minutes on foot a big park with football fields, small yard farming cottages and free nature space for jogging etc. Down by Hornstull you have clubs like Strand and in the other direction you have Marie Laveau and other clubs, near Mariatorget, for those of you who enjoy social life. You share the apartment with three other persons, so it is important that you don't make noise after 22.00 and don't organize parties in the apartment. However, you can bring an occasional friend or boy/girlfriend to visit for a weekend, for longer stays, contact us and we'll approve the visit within reasonable limits. Description:It was built in the nineteenth century and is situated just besides a little brook, well protected in the woods. In the old times, people used to stop here to drink from the healthy natural spring located just besides Holken. The little ancient building with the spring is still there. It lies approximately 1,5 km from the lake, a half hour (km) walk through a beautiful and quit forest. At the lake you have access to row boats and a beach for swimming. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with cook top, oven and refrigerator and a large living room with an open fireplace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower. There are 2 2 beds.
