Description:60 m2 apartment: two rooms on the 2.nd floor in the heart of the most popular Nørrebro-area where there you'll meet lots of life, spirit and diversity. It is situated 15 min. walk away from the city center. The buses run every 5th minut and you find them 1 minut from the apartment. (but I'll gladly lent you my bikes) Parking is free of charge in the street. The home is clean and has a light atmosphere. There is a bed for two (extra beds can be arranged), The kitchen is equipped with gas plates and oven, a fridge with freezer and all the basic stuff for cooking. There is a toilet in the apartment, but the two big showers are situated in the basement, along with the laundry room. Description:I´m renting out rooms in my flat in Stockholm,but now I wonder if...Anyone would be interested in renting my cottage outside Kopparberg,in the heart of Bergslagen?The main building consists of a big kitchen and two rooms,with 2 beds in each(so 4 beds in the main building).The guest cottage has 2 beds.The cottage is very old and has primitive standard,but it´s warm and cosy.There´s a well on the big property,an out door loo,a camping shower,parking,barbecue,Tv,video,nintendo,bikes etc.It´s situated just by the main road 50(traffic on the road) and a car is necessary to have,if you want to check out all interesting places.(You can take the train to Kopparberg and then taxi too if you like,but then you´re kind of stuck).If you like fishing and swimming,the closest lake is 2 km away,but there are loads of lakes around.6 km away there´s an indoor swimming pool and 10 km away,in Kopparberg,a bowling hall recently opened.Pick blue berries, lingon berries or mush rooms in the forrest or rhubarb and red/black currant at property. Description:This cabin is 3 hours northwest from Oslo. A small little cabin, located in the mountain Slettefjell, in Vang in Valdres. Its a traditional norwegian agriculture enviroment. Its located at the foot of Jotunheimen, with mountain sites such as Besseggen, Galdehøpiggen, Valdresflya and much more. Its 25 minutes to Beitostølen, a centra for both nature and shopping facitilities. In the summer you can park your car besides the cabin, but in the winter you must park at a farm and walk on your feet or your skiis for 20 minutes. Its a stunning view. You really feel that Norway and its great nature is just outside the door. Its no electricity and you have to get the water from the creek, which runs by the cabin. Its possible to cook a meal on the stove. We live 10 minutes from the cabin, and can help you if you like. You need your own car. No public transport. So crawl up in front of the fireplace with 100% silence outside. Maybe an moose will pass by, or a deer. Wood for the fireplace is included.... more info >>

Description:You will have your own appartment on a small horsefarm on swdens biggest island. the beach is 5 km from the house. The appartment is fully furnished, has one bedroom with 3 beds, a kitchen with elecrtical cooker, freezer, fridge... and a bathroom with a bathingtube. The location is very calm and peacefull and invites for long walks and relaxiation. The nearby village Hemse is 7 km away and offers basic shopping opportunity, swimmingpool, restaurants, Coffee/Bar, fresh fish and so on. 4 km from the farm you'll find a foodstore. One week in August, medieval times return to the island and everybody will dress up in that style in thecapital city Visby and a lot of activities like that will be located all over the island. If you are a fan of Pippi Longstocking you will be able to visit her house and the places where the movie was shot. I'm living in the farmhouse and are happy to tell you all the spots to visit in the area like old graves reaching 7m of hight, or where to by local food, nice restaurants and the best beaches. I offer horsebackriding for children and I can show you the best paths to use for a tour on bike and tell you where to rent a car. My native language is german. The price is per person. My small flat on the small island Lauttasaari in Helsinki will be available for around two weeks when I will be abroad. Dates are around 23.5. to 10.6. and quite flexible, so you tell me when you would want to stay there and is it 1 week, 2 weeks or for the whole period (around 17 nights max). It is an approx 25m2 apartment on the third floor with elevator. One room, a small kitchen, and bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics you need for cooking as well microwave, kitchen blender, coffeemaker etc. In the room there is a 140 cm double bed and table for two. Big windows and a very light apartment with parquet flooring and white walls. 10mb WLAN is included, unfortunately no TV. The sand beach is located 500 m from the house, a popular spot for kiteboarders and with beach café etc. This area of Helsinki is truly beautiful that time of the year! I can leave a bicycle that you are free to use to explore the city. Close to everything - grocery shops, ATM, bus stops, restaurants, bars and everything are all within a short walking distance. Takes less than 10 minutes with bus to Helsinki center (Kamppi) and you have several connections to choose from. Parking is free on the streets outside the house, no private parking. I have a small dog living with me in the apartment, so probably not the best possible if you are allergic. You are however welcome to bring your small dog with you if you happen to have one.
