Large back bedroom has tile floors providing a cool room to rest during the day. This bedroom has a piano, desk/computer work area, free wifi, satellite TV and queen bed. Front bedroom has a double bed, large closet and opens up to the deck and 6-person hot tub. The deck has comfortable seating for many people, redwood picnic table and gas barbeque with rotisserie. There is a stone patio with fire pit to enjoy the cool evenings and starry nights. A fairy grove of redwoods with terra cotta tile floors provides a cool place to sit during the hot afternoons. Four bicycles and two kayaks are provided for your outdoor enjoyment. Beach chairs, inflatable toys, mats and umbrellas are provided for trips to the beach. The whole house (2 back-to-back units called North & South) accommodates up to 10 persons and has central heat and air. Two extra beds (inflatable air mattress with memory foam topper, twin or queen size) are available for a one-time setup fee of $50/bed. It also has two (2) washer and dryer, internet/Wi-Fi, and a total of 4 LED flat screen televisions with satellite channels. A huge private garden with a trellis, outdoor dining and grill, sunning area that connects to another private garden surrounded by fruit trees and fragrant flowering vines makes this house very special. There are two (2) secured gated parking that comes with renting this unit. Additional cleaning may be requested during your stay for $200 each time. Babysitting may be available upon request ($20 per hour), the paid service included board games and gaming consoles with video games (Nintendo wii & XBOX 360 Kinect). Description:Inyo Tree House Inyo Tree House is a cozy cabin in the Sugarloaf/Big Bear area.This secluded property is located at the bottom of Inyo Avenue, and is surrounded by lush pine trees. It's the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway. With hiking trails just beyond our backyard, and the lake and ski slopes just a quick drive away, our home is great for families, couples, or group of professionals looking for an athletic retreat. Be it carpool or caravan, our driveway easily parks 4 to 5 cars. Each of our spacious bedrooms sleeps at least 2 persons:- King bed in master bedroom downstairs.- California King bed in bedroom 2 upstairs.- Twin bed in bedroom 3. The living space is centered around the fireplace and has a comfy sofa that sleeps an extra guest. There are 2 full bathrooms. Master bathroom downstairs comes with heated stone floor and a newly remodeled shower/steam room - an excellent pamper after an active day! The house has a tankless water heater so you will never run out of hot water. Our full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, cooking pots/pans, kitchen knifes, silverware, dishware, place mats, and even cotton napkins. The marble-top dining table, which can double as a cooking island, is perfect for friends and family to gather around while you cook. It comfortably seats 6 guests. The house has a large flat screen tv with surround sound and hig speed WiFi system. You can use our apple tv to access your Netflix account. There are some board games for you to enjoy. Jenga, Apples to Apples, Dominoes, Cribbage set, Cranium, etc. We invite our guests to use the washer and dryer located in the master bathroom downstairs. Smoking is unfortunately not permitted in the house. Alternatively, smoking is permitted outside on the expansive balcony or anywhere outdoors. Cleaning fee required for each stay.
