Description:Hello, I have a 1 bedroom apartment that can be rented on a temporary basis anywhere from a couple nights to a couple weeks or possibly a little longer. I also rent out just the master bedroom or a private two bedroom apartment which you can see if you click on my picture and scroll down. The apartment has the master bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, the big outdoor patio, and a huge roof deck which has gorgeous views day or night. The living room has a LCD projector and a large 6' x 6' movie screen which rolls down and back up when not in use. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including crushed marble countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, disposal, juicer, and even a cute built-in wine rack. It has everything one might need to bake or make a gourmet meal. The bath is finished in marble, has a pedestal sink, a deluge showerhead, and a marble bench in the shower in case you feel like taking a steam bath. The master bedroom is big and has a queen size bed, plenty of storage in the closet, bookcase, bureau, and bedside tables. It has a big sliding glass door that opens onto a 15ft x 20ft garden patio with BBQ and fire-pit. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive from either the 101 or 280 freeway and a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, a hardware store, fruit market, post office, UPS, CPMC/St. Luke's hospital, museums, galleries, places for kids, all kinds of restaurants, a swimming pool, banks, clubs, underground places, movie theaters, fun dives, bookstores, parks, clothing stores, thrift shops, and the library. In other words, everything is very convenient! MUNI / Public transportation is half a block away on Mission Street or Valencia, BART is 5 blocks away, and the J Church street car is 2 blocks away. If you park west of my apartment you only have to move your car once a week for street cleaning the rest is 2 hour parking or metered. There is also a big roof deck for everyone to use with BBQ, weights and a weight bench, and of course, incredible views day or night. I'm about a 30 minute walk to San Francisco General Hospital or a 10 minute bike ride and UCSF has free shuttles that go to all their other sites. That's the closest shuttle pickup of the many they have around town in case you're coming to SF for a fellowship or internship. 's closest shuttle pickup is only three blocks away in case you're here to work there for either an internship or permanently, or if you want to use that service to get you down the peninsula, (for example, I believe they have a stop in Palo Alto). Description:Welcome! We have a Beautiful well lit home, only a block from the Ballona creek bike path. There are bikes available for your use as well! A 2 seater/tandem bike and a single beach cruise bike. Place is 3 miles to Venice beach or Playa del rey beaches. Very conveniently located only a few blocks from the 90 freeway (only freeway in LA with out traffic!) Easy 90 and 405 freeway access allows quick rides to hollywood, Redondo beach, Longbeach, airport etc. Bus lines and bike paths lead the 3 miles to Venice beach, The Marina, Santa monica, etc. The place is clean and has a front and back patio (ok to smoke outside only) and shared yard. One parking space is avilalble in gated driveway and street parking is easy. There is 3 bedrooms and a 4th bedroom/office space with sleeping space attached off of the 3rd bedroom. 1st bedroom has a California King sized bed (can very comfortably sleep 3) 2nd room is a kids room (kid friendly with toys and a small kid bed) 3rd room has a queen sized bed for 2 people, 4th room has Queen sized air bed that sleeps 2. Turn spa jets off and replace spa cover. Bring spa towels/supplies in. Throw trash in appropriate outdoor trash area. TRASH: Throw trash in wastebaskets, not the floor. Trash cans are located behind bamboo doors across from pool. Recyclable aluminum/plastic bottles/cans go in the round beige can to the right of the shed next to the exit gate. UTILITIES: Be energy efficient by turning off utilities when you leave rooms or unit. WALK-THROUGH: If your security deposit(s) were paid by credit card or Paypal, a walk-through will be conducted and your deposit(s) refunded by the same form of payment within 48 hrs. If your security deposit(s) were paid in cash, a walk-through will be conducted the day you depart between 10:00 AM- 12:00 noon and your deposit(s) refunded in cash. You may waive being present for the walk-through if you are not checking out during business hours, and your security deposit(s) will be refunded via your choice of Paypal or U.S.P.S mail (within the U.S. only.) Checklist to insure return of security deposit and avoiding extra charges (any extra charges would be processed from the security deposit by Airbnb): * All keys, tags, and flashlight must be on key ring. Key ring must be left in original location, or responsible guest will be legally responsible for the cost of emergency locksmith services including: re-keying lock, replacement keys for all who currently hold a key and/or electric gate remote, which includes residents, employees, and utility companies. If payment is not received within 10 days, legal action will be taken. * Leave all furniture and personal property items in same spot so they can be accounted for or you will be charged $25 per 1/2 hr. to move and inventory. * Do not make or strip bed. All bedding/pillows should be visible on bed. * Do not remove blanket from duvet, pillows from shams, or memory foam cover! This will only cause housekeeping extra work, for which you will be charged $25. * If you used sofa bed, place used sheets, blanket, and pillow on top of sofa, not rolled up inside or you will be charged $25. * Wash, dry & put away your dirty dishes, pots ’n pans or you will be charged $25 per 1/2 hr. * Throw all dirty towels inside shower floor * Check closet, drawers, safe, and floor to make sure you don’t leave anything behind as we do not mail lost and found items. * Make sure safe is left in the “open” (turned left) position with the plunger extended or you will be charged $10 to obtain the safe code to unlock it. * Any left over food or beauty products that you choose not to take back with you can be left on the table, and will be donated to charity. * Cleaning supplies are provided under bathroom and kitchen sinks for your use during your stay. * Do not throw away any empty refillable supply containers or you will be charged a restocking fee determined by host. * Report damaged or missing items immediately so fair replacement value can be calculated and deducted from security deposit.
