Description:The Mako is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located five blocks from the ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a private backyard with a BBQ and granite dining table. The large abode has huge spacious closets on the second floor. The entire house has been fully redecorated and renovated with modern appliances and furnishings. Five blocks away there is a beautiful oceanfront tropical park full of Florida's indigenous plants, palm trees and sea grapes. There is a beach front playground for children, a cross-fit track, dog park, picnic areas and a new boardwalk that aligns with the beach. The neighboring area also includes many fine dining restaurants serving a variety of international cuisines, bars and shops all within walking distance.
