Description:It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Spanish style house. The house has been remodeled few weeks ago, all kitchen amenities and bathroom amenities new. The beach is 3 blocks away as well as park where you can do bbq's, there is a basketball court around the block. Sourth Beach is 10 minutes away, there is also bus stop near by, if you decide not to rent a car.You will have your own bedroom as well as bathroom . The bedroom has a quin size bed (sleeps 2) and a sofabed (sleeps 1). I have an air bed also available. The parking is fee, also there is a laundry on the property . The living room and kitchen will be shared betweeen you and me, I do not really cook, so you will have it mostly to yourself. I always have orange juice bagels and eggs in the fridge, so you do not have to worry about breakfast. There are many stores , restaurants and bars within walking distance.
