Description:Less than a 10 minute drive from Disneyland, this town home will appeal to those who desire a quiet place to unwind after a full day at Disneyland, Disney California Adventure Park or Knottsberry Farm in nearby Buena Park.You can enter this residence through the two car garage or through the front door, via the grassy, landscaped walkways. The first floor has a spacious living room with contemporary furnishings, blond hardwood floors and large flat screen television that look out onto the deck. The master bedroom is furnished with contemporary dark hardwood furniture with a matching wood and leather headboard on the queen bed. It also has a flat screen television and a balcony overlooking the garden walkways, with tree top views. The second bedroom furnished with a bunk bed and a full sized bed, sleeps 3 4. It also has a flat screen television.This town home complex is located near the Colonial District which contains the city government offices, the popular Anaheim Ice Rink, the contemporary Muzeo Museum and outdoor concerts at Pearson Park, as well as the Farmer's Market along the Center Street Promenade every Thursday. Ruby's Diner is four blocks west and is a popular Southern California chain serving great burgers and shakes. Starbucks, Grocery stores and CVS Pharmacy are close by. The Anaheim Convention Center is just south of Disneyland Park. About the place: The main entrance to City Park is only 2 blocks away, the Canal Street Car is 5 blocks away, the fairgrounds a 10 minute walk and the french quarter is less than 10 minutes away by car. The house has wireless internet, an extraordinary, knowledgeable host, and a charming porch where you can enjoy breakfast/ watching neighbors walk their dogs in a neighborhood which probably has the nation's highest per capita concentration of pet owners! The house is very quiet and the owner is trying to get into medical school, so he can definitely use the extra income.
