Description:A 3-bedroom house in Hoover available for sublet for July/August. 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 office, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, large yard. Near I-65, Highway 31 and I-459. Can leave cat in house if you wish the company. She is a very sweet cat that has her own door in the laundry room and is very low maintenance, though she does like attention. I can add 2 extra days on either end for free. Wireless cable internet, Dish tv/dvr, Blu-ray DVD players with Netflix access in living room and master bedroom. All rooms have televisions with Dish access. Fully stocked kitchen and pantry - I have found that it works very well to have a policy of use what is there, replace what you finish. It's a very quiet, nice, older Hoover neighborhood very close to a small park that has a lake with ducks and a playground. It's a hilly neighborhood which makes it great for walking. The area is very close to all the major highways as well as the Galleria Mall, the Hoover Library and great shopping and restaurants. There is no garage or carport. The house is set above the street and there is a parking space below at street level. This is my home and has lots of nice antiques and delicate things, so I am very much looking for someone who will take very good care of my house. I will arrange to have the yard taken care of while I am gone. Just in case, the format of all the various things isn't clear, I'm attempting to rent out my house for the whole 2 month period of July and August, 2012. Being that I will be leaving a couple of days prior to July 1 and returning a couple of days after, I am willing to add those days into the package price without charge. The 2-month price is includes the electric, water, gas, internet, satellite. tv and yard care. No matter how I play with the various scheduling/pricing options, I can't seem to make it reflect that it is only available for a straight 2-month sublet. With fees, I think the renter pays just over $1,000 a month, though I can negotiate that price a little if you are interested.... more info >>

There is also a beautiful coastal walk via the promenade from Calera de Fuste to Nuevo Horizonte which offers panoramic views of the coastline and Atlantic Ocean. Description:The apartment is decorated in a bright modern style and was given brand new fixtures and furnishings throughout in 2008. It is well equipped with everything I can think of that you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. Set on the first floor in a quieter part of the complex a few steps away from the pool area over looking the garden areas. It makes a great spot to enjoy a relaxing peaceful holiday while still within easy access of the amenities of Corralejo. The twin bedroom has single beds and a large wardrobe. There is plenty of shelf and hanging space for all your belongings. There is plenty of room under the beds for your suitcases so there is no lifting them up onto the wardrobe or wondering where to leave them. There is a good sized digital safe for your valuables which you can use free of charge.You have a stool so that you can sit and relax or have somewhere to put your clothes after a night on the town. I have included a hairdryer to save you space in your suitcase and plenty of plugs and adaptors so that you can charge up your mobile phone or MP3 player. The open plan kitchen has plenty of equipment including: - Combination Microwave - Two Ring Electric Hob - Fridge with ice box - Toaster - Kettle - Sandwich Toaster - Coffee Jug Along with pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, plates etc I have added everything I can think of that you need to make light meals and snacks. The breakfast bar allows you to dine indoors should you prefer. There is also a washing machine for you to use and you will find a clothes airer on the balcony for drying. For larger loads there is a drying area within the complex. The living room is bright and overlooks the balcony. The sideboard is home to information books about the island including a travel guide and local publications such as Whereabouts and the Grapevine giving details of places to visit and restaurants in Corralejo. You will also find a small selection of books and a range of games including cards, Guess Who and connect four. There is a flat screen television and satellite television has recently been installed showing a variety of English speaking channels. I have recently added a radio/cd player with usb/aux connectivity for an Mp3 Player. The aux cable is in the sideboard. The bathroom is light and airy and has a toilet, sink, bidet, shower cubicle and large mirror with electric point. There is storage for your shampoo, shower gel etc. The balcony is large and over looks the garden area. There is a table and chairs for you to sit and relax with a meal or a drink. There is also a small covered area with a clothes airer and room to sit in the shade and under cover should you prefer. The sun on the balcony is dependent on the season however the entrance to the apartment has full sunshine all day and it is like a mini balcony with room for you to sit out there so try a change of scenery and top up that tan. Bedlinen, hand and bath towels are provided for you and will be changed during the mid clean during stays of over one week. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your stay and weekly there after. Should you need it some cleaning equipment is provided including a mop and bucket and dustpan and brush and some cleaning liquids/wipes. Description:Recently refurbished to provide two twin bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, there is also a double bed/settee in the lounge where a fifth and sixth person could sleep if required. The open plan lounge/dining room has a new full kitchen at one end which has a fridge, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave and a washing machine and patio doors at the other leading on to the south facing balcony, which attract the sun most of the day. We have a wall mounted LCD TV in the lounge with BBC an ITV programs, and there is also a tv in the master bedroom along with a wheelchair accessible ensuite shower room. There is a ceiling fans and air conditioning in the lounge area. There are 3 pools on the complex and plenty of free sunbeds along with 2 bars, the sundowners which has karaoke and games nights and is probably the most popular bar in golf del Sur, with beer at only 1.5 euros a pint. Perfect for a relaxing holiday as it is in a quiet gated residential area. It is on the 1st floor and you can sit outside on the patio area or up on its 72 square metre roof terrace. There is a large communal pool and childrens pool which is generally extremely quiet and peaceful. The apartment is a large open plan design. The kitchen is on a mezzanine floor (4 stairs), including table, chairs and a double sofa bed with a privacy curtain to separate from the main living area. A king size bed pulls out from under the kitchen floor. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. In the lounge area the 2 sofas can collapse into large single or small double sofa beds. Ideally this apartment sleeps 4 very comfortably. It is very spacious.
