Description:Furnished studio space with queen bed and ocean views situated among acres of fruit trees. Microwave, gas stove top, full size refrigerator, and satellite TV. Linens, towels and dishes provided. Strongly prefer non-smoker and no pets. $500 refundable security deposit required. Sunset views are great this time of year! Perfect spot to explore the Hana Hwy. 15 minutes to Makawao, 12 minutes to Paia, and 20 minutes to Kahului. The studio is located just off the Hana Hwy in Haiku near the intersection of Ulumalu. It's a great quaint space. The days are quiet and breezy. The general layout is a 15x19 room with the queen bed, desk, dining/food prep area, tv and refrigerator. The kitchen sink, counters and pantry area are just off the main room in a 4x19 hallway. On one end of the hallway is the shower and the toilet is on the opposite end. Our studio is attached to another rental and to our landlord's house by way of a covered patio. Our landlord has two children and two cats. Description:This newly remodeled private bedroom ocean view estate is within walking distance to some of Maui's best restaurants, shops, and beaches! Located in the Historic Plantation town of Pa'ia, the property offers stunning views of both the ocean and Haleakala. Baldwin Beach and Pa'ia Bay's powdery white sands and crystal blue waters explain why they have been voted some of the worlds best beaches. The house has tile floors, granite counters, custom bamboo, new appliances and fixtures. Sliding glass doors from the bedrooms open out to a huge covered Lanai. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of our grounds by lounging in the Mango tree hammocks, or unwinding in the hot tub. There are a variety of tropical fruits flowers to pick around the property as well. The upstairs has 5 bedrooms each with a queen size beds wrapped with 650 thread count cotton sheets. Bedrooms share a bathroom and the master bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The upstairs house has a huge covered ocean view Lanai with BBQ and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the trade winds. The large kitchen/living room is well equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. Free Wifi, laundry, hot tub, large front lawn, fenced yard, security coded front gate, off street parking. Use of snorkel gear, beach gear towels, bikes, and surfboards SUP for rent Plenty of room to store wind/kite surf gear and boards around the house.
