I work during the week so please contact me before booking a reservation with information about your arrival time, and how many guests are in your party. In general arrivals during the day are inconvenient for me but in most cases I can make arrangements. I will decline reservations without this information. My rental is a temporary roommate rental. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, there is a bus about 2 blocks away from the house. The trip to the nearest subway is 20 minutes and the trip to Manhattan is about 40 minutes. I have two indoors only cats. My cats are used to run of the house and are curious and friendly. If you're unused to cats, allergic or afraid of cats you might not be comfortable staying with us. There is only 2 apartments in the building, including this one. The building is old and not fancy at all, but the apartment is very nice and well maintained. The entire place has been completely renovated February 2012, after previous guests trashed it, which lead to complety redo the place and impose stricter house rules. Renovations on February 2012 include: New furnitures, new paint, new beds, new tiles on floor, bathroom and kitchen, new linens for all rooms. About the neighborhood: The subway is 1 block away There is a supermarket across the street from the apartment. Open 24 hours: 2 diners, 2 pharmacies, 2 delis. plenty of bars, live music. The shared kitchenette/dining area is equipped with modern appliances. The 3 bathrooms are shared, and you have three showers to choose from. The amenities include Internet Broadband WI FI, microwave, central A/C Heat & Hot/Cold Water, refridgerator, cable television and a patio that seats four. Each room includes a dresser, armoire, an end table, cable television, a ceiling fan, and a window that can be shut for privacy.. The owner shall provide each tenant with a bath towel and hand towel. We provide blankets, sheets and pillows for the maximum capacity. We also have hair dryers, irons and ironing board if needed. The shared kitchen and bathroom are cleaned on a daily basis.
