This house is less than 10 years old, has a open floor plan that allows for family relaxation. It is modern, airy, and warm, and also has many amenities for your kids to enjoy (including a large room on the lower level with toys, a Wii, DVD player, as well as a large yard, with a deck, swings, a sandtable, and play kitchen). It is located on a cul-de-sac for privacy, and has a driveway for off street parking. The three bedroom home offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with twin bunk beds and a toddler bed, and a third bedroom with a full size futon that folds into a double bed. The den (large lower level room) also includes a futon that can sleep one person comfortably, or two smaller people. Two full baths are included as well- one located on the upper level, one on the lower. A nice dine in, fully equipped kitchen with an island leaves room for many to gather and enjoy a meal together. The kitchen opens into a living room with a very comfortable sectional couch (that is also great for sleeping), and a LCD HDTV with a Blu-ray DVD. The back porch looks over a backyard that backs up against an open field- offering lots of privacy. There is firewood and a firepit for nice nights outside. This home is located 10 miles south of downtown Cincinnati, less than 2 miles from the Cincinnati airport, within 20 miles of three local casinos, and 5 mi from the Creation Museum. Description:Smoke free, pet free, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a sofa bed. Cork floors and very little upholstery make this a great place for those concerned with allergies. We are on the third floor but the entrance from the parking lot is on the second floor of the building, so there are only 14 steps to climb. There are real beds ready for 4, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 more, and we can add mattresses to sleep another 3 people. **For Derby weekend the cancellation policy will be the Super Strict Policy** We have a working farm 40 miles away where we spend our weekends, so you can stay in the condo by yourself and still have us available nearby if you need anything. If you'd like we'll leave a pot of home made chili on the stove so you can have a meal ready at your arrival (made with the free-range, antibiotic-steroid-hormone-free pork we raise 40 miles away). We will also provide Costa Rican coffee (from our own, personally imported stash), tea, milk, soy milk, fruit, whole wheat bread, PB, honey and jellies for your breakfast. Pick up from airport and rides to events (including Derby) for up to 4 people can be arranged for an extra fee. The city bus (TARC) also goes by us, line #15. 20 minutes from Churchill Downs, 10 minutes from the KFC YUM center, 4th Street Live and all the activities found in downtown Louisville. Walking distance from the Veterans' Hospital, Mockingbird Valley Indoor Soccer Club, Louisville Water Tower and the Ohio River. Nearby attractions: Mellwood Arts Center, MOM's Music, Water Tower Museum, Thomas Edison House, Locust Grove Historic Home, Zachary Taylor National Cemetery, Carrie Gaulbert Cox Park and boat ramp, King Fish Restaurant (river front), and all the stores and restaurants of Frankfort Road.
