There is a kitchen, dining room, living room with full glass doors also looking out on the Ohio River.. and warm family room in the lower level with full bath (could also be used as a bedroom) with a huge wood burning fireplace as well as a Chiminea/firepit on the outside deck. It is located 10 minutes from I-275, 10 minutes from the Creation Museam, 10 minutes from historic Dinsmore House, 10 minutes from Historic town of 'Rabbit Hash', 20 minutes from Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, 35 minutes from the Star Casino (formerly Grand Victoria) Indiana..only 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati...and 30 minutes from the Florence Mall.
