The master also has a great window view of the Lake and slider door access to the screened in porch. nJust off the living area is the slider door access to the screened in porch. Now this is where you'll spend most of your time (when you're not swimming, boating or shopping). The screened in porch has seating for at least four people and includes a gas grill for serving up anything your taste buds desire . nThe wonderful 1,100 square foot vacation rental is available year around and features central heating/air, flat screen tvs, cable TV (even in each bedroom), DVD, fans, all bedding, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash service, open parking, and laundry room. nYou are close to everything at the Lake by staying in the condo. You are two miles from Old Kinderhook Golf Course. Just down the road from many of the Lake's most popular state park - Ha Ha Tonka State Park and the Casa Del Loco Winery. You are about 20 minutes from the Premium Outlet Mall and Big Surf Water Park and have an easy drive to the Bagnell Dam area. nProperties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).
