Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, bus and subway routes etc. Nearby Red Line and the Express Bus just a block and 1/2 away to all downtown area Chicago attractions such as Magnificent Mile, The Bean, Millenium Park, Grant Park, Soldier Field, Navy Pier, Lincoln Park and the free Zoo. Easy trip to famous Second City or infamous Wells Street in Old Town or check out the trendy shopping and food tours in Bucktown and Wicker Park. This amazing apartment is nestled in between DePaul and Loyola for parent visits or temporary housing for college students. We've got it all along with Central Air and Heat not available in most vintage residences. This is the stop for you Luxurious space located at the top of Lincoln Park with hardwood floors, marble bathrooms, granite countertops, ice cold AC in the summer, toasty heating in the winter. This all adds up to an amazing place for you to enjoy the great eat in kitchen, wonderful gas burning fireplace for those cold chilly evenings, a deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine to end the evening and spacious rooms top it all off. There are huge beautiful windows in case you want to lounge in a plush leather chair while looking out to the green courtyard or better yet, breathe the fresh air and feel the sun on your face on the front deck. Sleep peacefully we are close enough to the EL for convenience but far enough that it is a distant if unnoticeable sound. Rest soundly in a comy raised twin air mattress with added pillow top padding in a shared room for the single traveler or if traveling with a friend, we can make it two! Our spacious apartment will easily accommodate another couple in a Queen Size air mattress or two travelers since it can also be broken down as two twin air mattresses. We of course welcome and can accomodate the single traveler too. One thing we have learned about living in Chicago, is the weather can go to extremes so Central Heat and Air are MUST HAVES and we have it:) My fiance and I love this city and would like to share the amazing things we have found. We enjoy hosting out of town guests and ensuring they have a great experience. We realize you are either on vacation or here for business and we want you to feel right at home. Whatever we can do to make this a memorable trip, please let us know. Description:My one bedroom apartment is located in Lincoln Park directly across the street from the north end of the park with a great view of Lake Michigan. Nearby is the Nature Museum, Lincoln Park Zoo, the Lincoln Park Conservatory, Diversey Golf Driving Range, and the phenomenal Lake Front Trail. It is a one bedroom with a very comfortable couch if there is an extra person.
