There is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer provided in the garage - to ensure you can take fewer clothes to leave plenty of space in your suitcases for those visits to Florida's many shopping malls! All bedrooms have cable flat screen TVs. In the garage is a selection of pool floats and inflatables and a set of golf clubs should you be unable to take your own! All bed linen and towels (except pool towels) are provided. If you wish to do some washing please bring some washing powder with you. The villa is equipped with iron and ironing board, plenty of coat hangers and a hairdryer. SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA IS PROHIBITED. However you are welcome to smoke in the screened pool area if you wish. All you need to bring is your toothbrush and credit card for a fabulous Vista Vacation!! Rooms in the villa THE LOUNGE is furnished to a high standard with comfortable seating, including a bed-settee, small tables and lamps and is equipped with flat screen cable television, DVD, and separate CD player with Ipod dock. In the unlikely event that you will want to stay indoors there is a CD/DVD library together with books and games. THE DINING AREA has table and chairs, with patio doors leading out to the covered patio area and pool. THE KITCHEN is fully fitted and equipped, containing a large cooker with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker and microwave. It has stylish granite work surfaces with 2 matching food preparation boards. THE MASTER BEDROOM has a walk-in closet and large en-suite bathroom with granite tops with his n hers inset sinks, complete with shower and corner tub! It contains a comfortable queen-sized bed, cable flat screen TV and separate music system. For the safety of your valuables, there is a safe in the closet - available free-of-charge. THE SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed, cable flat screen TV and plenty of storage space, also with an en-suite bathroom with granite topped vanity unit. THE THIRD AND FOURTH bedrooms have twin beds and wall mounted flat screen cable TVs. They are served by a third family bathroom. RENTAL CHARGES 2012/2013 RATES SHOWN ARE PER WEEK NOT PER PERSON JANUARY-MARCH/NOVEMBER/DECEMBER £425 APRIL - JUNE, SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER £485 JULY, AUGUST/CHRISTMAS £565 EASTER £599 POOL Electric heat pump @ £80 per week, or $120 per week if paid locally to Management Company. (Please request at time of booking). Cot/high-chair/roll-away bed available on request, payment made to our local agent All bookings require a NON-RETURNABLE booking deposit of £100 PER WEEK. A £100 RETURNABLE security deposit is payable with the final balance, which is due 8 weeks before the holiday commencement date. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount is payable. The State of Florida levies a tax per week of approx. $55 which must be paid to our Management Company during your stay. BOOKINGS Our bookings generally run from Saturday to Saturday. However, please advise me of your travel arrangements and I will do my best to accommodate. We may be able to offer shorter term bookings to fill a gap. Please remember this is our own personal home, finished to a high standard.
