Description:This modern fully air-conditioned luxury villa in a secure gated community provides the ideal base for the holiday of a lifetime in Disney and is ideal for two families. The villa with its open plan design and high vaulted ceilings has recently been refurbished and furnished to a high standard. With its own pool it enables one to relax in comfort after a busy day at the parks. There is ample living space with a large formal living/dining area and a large functional kitchen. From the kitchen there is a dining nook leading to a large family room with direct access to the pool deck. There is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate shower and a large walk in wardrobe. A second double bedroom with its' own en-suite and two further twin bedrooms with a shared third bathroom opening directly onto the pool deck, completes the sleeping accommodation. There is a large integral double garage with a washing machine and tumble drier. Great savings for 2011. Prices include all local taxes. Weeks of Easter, Christmas and New Year are charged at £490. Pool heating is recommended during the winter months of October to April for only £10 / $15 per day. We can offer discounts for late bookings and small parties. Please enquire. Longer term winter rentals accepted. The villa is two minutes from the clubhouse which has wireless broadband and WiFi connections available to all guests. The clubhouse has a small library and fitness room and there is a large outdoor swimming pool with changing facilities available to all. New carpets have been laid in the main lounge, dining room, all bedrooms and corridor. The main walk areas, kitchen, dining nook family room and all bathrooms are tiled. Description:THE VILLA is beautifully furnished and well equipped with all the requirements for a comfortable holiday, including flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms as well as the lounge! As this is our Florida home you will notice many home touches to add to the enjoyment of your holiday. There is also FREE WI-FI internet if you feel the need to bring your lap-top/Ipad! There is also an alarm system for your additional peace of mind. THE POOL is 30ft by 15ft - ample size for a swim! -and is fully screened, with extended deck that allows you to catch the sun all day, together with a pool-side shower. There is a covered patio/relaxation area with table, chairs, a 2-seater settee and a bar with 3 bar stools. and a fan to take a break from the sunshine. There is also pool-side furniture for those who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine! To fully enjoy those warm Florida evenings, both the pool and the large, outside, screened area, have external lighting. There is a patio area outside the pool screen with a permanently installed BBQ. IN ADDITION ., the villa is fully air-conditioned - essential in Florida - which is supplemented with overhead fans in the living area and the master bedroom. There is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer provided in the garage - to ensure you can take fewer clothes to leave plenty of space in your suitcases for those visits to Florida's many shopping malls! All bedrooms have cable flat screen TVs. In the garage is a selection of pool floats and inflatables and a set of golf clubs should you be unable to take your own! All bed linen and towels (except pool towels) are provided. If you wish to do some washing please bring some washing powder with you. The villa is equipped with iron and ironing board, plenty of coat hangers and a hairdryer. SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA IS PROHIBITED. However you are welcome to smoke in the screened pool area if you wish. All you need to bring is your toothbrush and credit card for a fabulous Vista Vacation!! Rooms in the villa THE LOUNGE is furnished to a high standard with comfortable seating, including a bed-settee, small tables and lamps and is equipped with flat screen cable television, DVD, and separate CD player with Ipod dock. In the unlikely event that you will want to stay indoors there is a CD/DVD library together with books and games. THE DINING AREA has table and chairs, with patio doors leading out to the covered patio area and pool. THE KITCHEN is fully fitted and equipped, containing a large cooker with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker and microwave. It has stylish granite work surfaces with 2 matching food preparation boards. THE MASTER BEDROOM has a walk-in closet and large en-suite bathroom with granite tops with his n hers inset sinks, complete with shower and corner tub! It contains a comfortable queen-sized bed, cable flat screen TV and separate music system. For the safety of your valuables, there is a safe in the closet - available free-of-charge. THE SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed, cable flat screen TV and plenty of storage space, also with an en-suite bathroom with granite topped vanity unit. THE THIRD AND FOURTH bedrooms have twin beds and wall mounted flat screen cable TVs. They are served by a third family bathroom. A £100 RETURNABLE security deposit is payable with the final balance, which is due 8 weeks before the holiday commencement date. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount is payable. The State of Florida levies a tax per week of approx. $55 which must be paid to our Management Company during your stay. BOOKINGS Our bookings generally run from Saturday to Saturday. However, please advise me of your travel arrangements and I will do my best to accommodate.
