Description:Furnished house with 3 bedrooms plus a master suite with bedroom, bath and private entrance. Gas Fireplace BBQ grill and back yard sitting area with table and chairs Washer and Dryer Ping Pong table in garage, and a few table games for inside play. Room to park one car in garage (ping pong table sits only on one side) Sheets and towels provided Wifi available usually (verify prior to booking if this is important to you) Sorry no pets unless you are renting monthly and then only pre-approved pets. NO SMOKING! ROOM DESCRIPTIONS: Open Living area with TV and gas fireplace Game room (or second sitting room) with large window and TV with DVD player Laundry Room with washer and dryer Roomy kitchen with pans, silverware, plates, cups, a few spices, etc. Dining area with comfortable chairs for family time, talking, playing table games, etc. 1/2 level upstairs are three bedrooms Bedroom #1 with twin bed, large closet and dresser with large window and laminate flooring (this is the one that is pictured with the orange decor) Bedroom #2 with futon and massage chair. Futon folds out into a comfy full size bed. (this one is pictured as a futon - but it does fold down) Bedroom #3 with queen size bed, dresser with mirror and small desk (not pictured) Bathroom is shared between all three bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo Master Suite has a Queen bed, dressers and a large jacuzzi tub, plus show in bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in closet area.
