Description:The World of Tennis development has tennis courts in every backyard and a large tennis sports complex next door. The condos are used by golfers as well as tennis players. Our condo is newly renovated. New appliances in the kitchen and a 47 HD LCD Cabled TV mounted in the living room are part of the charm. It has a 19 foot ceiling in the living room and very large windows from floor to ceiling. All new linens help make the condo feel clean and welcoming. Within sight is a large public pool with nice toys for the children and a separate heated area for lap swimming. Parking is off street in front of the condo. There are at least two gyms in the area. A fine running trail starts just out front of the condo and winds down the boulevard and through the woods. It is well marked. There is a new $250,000 skateboard park nearby.The neighborhood of the Condo is very upscale and quiet. There are five golf courses within 5 miles and more just down the highway. It is close to lots of activities, such as hiking, bird-watching, the Air & Space museum, and grocery shopping. It is also a quick trip to downtown Tucson. I would highly recommend this house, especially over a hotel!
