The first bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom has two set of bunk beds, one with a twin on top and a full on the bottom and the other with two twins. The new kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The dining area seats 6 persons and looks out over the deck and the Rio hondo River. The deck has a gas grill for additional cooking. The spacious living area has a woodstove and we provide the firewood and firestarter for your convenience. There is also a DVD player and a VHS machine in the condo. Description:so many places say they are close to the action but really they aren't. i've lived here 18 years and know a ton of great local spts so if you need any advice i'm happy to help. this is my house i live here, my belongings will be here during your stay. i'd like for my guests to be a good fit with my home. Normally $200 night for 4 people $50 more each person staying per night up to 6 maybe 7 have done 8. Easy access to the SXSW action by bicycle. Only three miles from the Austin Convention Center and Sixth Street area. We're also a hop, skip and jump from the Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar for you movie buffs. The house is a 1950s bungalow with gorgeous wood floors, freshly painted and restored. It will be furnished with two full beds, a twin bed, futon and sofas to sleep up to seven people. Other amenities include Wifi and TV, and the university across the street has a library and a great track for running. There's a large HEB grocery store less than a mile away--though we'll be glad to run errands and shop for our guests.
